This
location
is
usually
great
but…
earlier
today
I
called
and
asked
if
there
was
someone
there
that
could
do
passport
photos
today.
They
were
very
polite
and
responded
with
yes
but
not
until
5:30pm
you
can
come
between
5:30pm
and
10pm
and
there
will
be
someone
here
to
take
them
for
you
just
talk
to
someone
at
the
front
and
they
will
call.
This
was
great
news!
I
needed
the
service
and
ASAP
so
I
was
happy
to
hear
this.
So
later
on
after
I
got
my
kid
down
to
sleep
I
went
down
to
get
my
photos.
I
arrived
at
about
7:30pm
not
a
busy
parking
lot,
and
far
from
a
busy
store.
I
asked
a
young
girl
working
in
one
of
the
isles
where
I
had
to
go
to
get
passport
photos,
she
tells
me
to
ask
at
cosmetics.
So
I
trot
down
to
cosmetics
and
find
an
older
gentlemen
with
a
balding
head
just
like
myself(apparently
this
is
the
manager
on
duty).
I
ask
him
the
same
question.
His
response
is
ya
thats
me
I
can’t
do
it
right
now
I
am
to
busy
and
have
6
tills
to
close
so
I
can’t
do
it.
I
paused
and
basically
looked
at
the
situation
and
said
well
this
doesn’t
make
sense
because
it
takes
about
15-20min
to
do
these
photos
maximum
a
half
an
hour.
I
said
that
sounds
pretty
crazy.
I
was
the
only
customer
in
the
isles
at
this
time
all
the
other
customers
(maybe
3-4)
in
the
store
where
being
served
by
the
pharmacy
staff.
The
manager
was
just
stocking
shelves
I’m
more
than
confident
he
could
have
stopped
and
helped
me
out
and
the
other
younger
employee
I’m
sure
would
have
if
she
had
the
ability
to
do
so.
This
seemed
like
a
case
of
laziness.
Not
wanting
to
set
things
up
or
not
wanting
to
turn
on
the
photo
computer
or
maybe
just
pure
unwillingness
to
help.
Not
sure
but
I’m
sure
the
regional
manager
or
whomever
is
above
the
manager
I
spoke
to
would
think
this
was
a
bit
odd.
Considering
I
also
called
earlier
in
the
day
to
confirm
I
would
be
able
to
get
them.
I
sure
won’t
be
going
to
a
shoppers
tomorrow
to
get
them
done.
Be
aware
they
may
deny
you
services
just
because.
But
on
the
flip
side
these
guys
pharmacy
staff
are
awesome
and
I’ve
never
had
any
issues
they
are
extremely
knowledgeable
and
helpful.
Update:
Received
a
very
prompt
email
from
the
the
Front
Store
Manager
for
this
store
Sandi.
She
very
kindly
agreed
that
this
was
not
store
protocol
and
apologized
as
well
as
offered
to
do
the
photos
for
no
charge.
It
was
too
late
but
I
really
appreciated
the
acknowledgment
and
quick
customer
service
from
management.
They
definitely
tried
to
make
it
right!
