The best latte and cortado I've ever had! Good coffee flavor just the right amount of perfectly steamed milk, and a little foam with well done latte art. Comfortable atmosphere. Good service. Anvil Coffee Collective has made our stay in Salmon Arm memorable. I highly recommend stopping for a latte/cortado/cappuccino when traveling the Trans Canada near Salmon Arm. We will be stopping for one more on our way out of town today.

Passed by this coffee shop while cycling from Vancouver to Montreal. It’s a lovely family-run cafe that recently opened in the area. Employees were nice and coffee was tasty. I’d definitely come back when I’m back in Salmon Arm!

A unique little coffee shop located in Salmon Arm's bustling centre! I really enjoyed the decor inside of here and the cold brew I had was decent both in terms of cost and taste! Would recommend for those looking for something different in the Salmon Arm area!

I was passing through the area and searched for a place that had good vibes and Anvil did not disappoint! I was greeted so warmly and when I asked for a cappuccino, he asked if I’d like the normal serving size or the “unconventional” full cup version. Which immediately proved his coffee knowledge while still being willing to bend the “rules.” I had never been asked that before, so I was thoroughly impressed. And that cappuccino was to die for!!! Not bitter like a lot of other ones I’ve had. I sat in the coffee shop for a few hours and felt immediately at home with how the staff was so happy and how they greeted everyone. Also, love the decor and thought that went into the space! 👏🏻

Such a great cafe! Comfy and spacious interior with lots of varied seating options (I worked on my laptop at the large communal table). Good food (sandwiches and baked goods), and such nice staff!

This is a full-on 5 star business. Right from the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The staff is friendly and diligent, and the coffee is top notch. You know when you're in a business and the staff is cranky because they hate their jobs? Not this place. The decor is interesting and unique, together with being very CLEAN. All the baked goods looked delicious. I tried a cheese and chive item (scone?) And it was fresh and awesome.

Very cool coffee shop with amazing furniture. Staff are friendly and the coffees are amazing. Love the fire hydrant table they had there but be careful not to stub your toe on that one!

Really well done bakery items, including scones, cookies, bars, etc. Espresso drinks are well done, too. Good ambience and comfy seats. Only downsides are that I have never seen them have a dark roast available for drip, and they are not open on Sundays.

Anvil is one of my absolute favourite places in Salmon Arm! I work remotely so it’s my go-to when I feel like getting out of the house, they have plenty of seating and plug-ins for chargers. It’s also my go-to meetup spot for catch-ups with friends, or when I want to grab a coffee on-the-go or sit and read (there’s a great used book store right next door). The downtown location is convenient with lots of nearby parking and walking distance from just about everything. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming and their staff are incredibly friendly. Their coffee is SO good, my go-to is the Americano or Vanilla Latte. Their decaf coffee is really good too. Their baked goods and sandwiches are excellent, the blueberry muffins are a personal favourite - warmed up with butter🤤 Every visit is such a treat. Thanks Anvil!
