I just took my daughter to get her ears pierced! Diana was so sweet and gentle with her. Good selection of earring to pick from and very clean and organized. Made the process so quick. Me and two friends all got nose piercings, and it was a great experience. I didn't know too much going in but Diana was extremely informative without being boring about it. She had a ton of jewelry options in a variety of sizes and styles. She measured everything and let us see various placement options. We never felt rushed or pushed. Diana is absolutely excellent! I grow keloids (extra scar tissue that doesn’t go away) and I lost a piercing I had gotten when I was young (done by someone else) because of this. I was so nervous to try again that I waited years. I finally got the courage to try again and I found Diana. She gave me a chance to just come in and even chat about the piercing with no pressure to get it. After talking for a few minutes I decided to go for it back in August. It’s now January and I haven’t grown a single keloid due to the piercing and it is healing beautifully! She did an absolutely amazing job even with the large amount of scar tissue she had to go though and I would 100% recommend her to everyone I know. Her knowledge of technique, jewellery types pros and cons, and instructions is great.
