The knowledgeable and friendly staff go above and beyond to make sure that your investment in orthodontics is worth your while. Dr. Broadwell has extensive training, and the support staff are wonderful and caring. I have had four children (yikes!) as patients at Shuswap Orthodontics and can speak from experience...they're awesome!

I am so happy with my results! I have struggled with my bite alignment for most of my life and even had braces as a child. As an adult, I decided to try Invisalign and I am so happy I did! Dr. Broadwell and his whole team are lovely and very professional. The office is always sparkling clean and the front end staff do an amazing job with any scheduling or paperwork! The ladies have always provided me with excellent care and Dr. Broadwell is super knowledgeable and calm and was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. This made the whole process seem less intimidating. I would highly recommend Shuswap Orthodontics! 😊

They were super accommodating with my son, They showed the instruments that they were using and how the chair and xray machines worked. If I could give 0 starts i would! Shuswap orthodontics treated me for 6 years. At the end of my time there, my teeth had life-long issues causing an extra 20k of work in order to fix the damage that was done. I now will require life-long dental treatment as my teeth have suffered so much trauma and will eventually fall out. Dr. Broadwell neglected my treatment and pointed fingers whenever he was questioned. Take your orthodontics business elsewhere to avoid this risk.
