I love it a thousand times! The food is super delicious, the service and welcoming spirit, the American decorations are awesome. I am Vietnamese and I love everything about this restaurant. I strongly recommend it!

Today we visited this restaurant and we asked for a table of seven and a waiter told us there was nothing available. My daughter who was with my 6 year old grand child asked for a table of two as it was pouring rain, and though there were empty tables they wouldn't let her sit down. She was also totally disrespectful to her.

Beautiful restaurant in the old town. The food is homemade and absolutely delicious. The american dinner 50s atmosphere is fun and tasteful. Definitely recommend it for brunch or lunch. The owner is very kind.

I fell in love with the place for three reasons - one: the food and the tea. You can tell the owner is passionate about quality and taste. Which brings us to number two: the owner herself. Aprroachable, uncomplicated, open-minded, friendly. Her personality is reflected in the choice of decor, which was the third reason for my stopping here. It's playful, colorful, and as far from standardized Starbucks-cafés as you can get. I'd glad it drew me in, otherwise I might have missed this little place.

Lovely place with authentic Americana memorabilia. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and great food. I do recommend their freshly backed cinnamon rolls with extra cream and some maple syrup drizzled on top with a nice ice tea. Come with friends for a nice and relaxing snack here. Will definitely return

The ultimate hidden gem in Aix-en-Provence. If you like cozy, fresh, well portioned brunches this is THE place to go to, the décoration, the music, the mood and of course the food is to die for, from the street you'd think it's this small bakery shop, but step inside and go all the way in to reach the hidden patio. The owner is super nice, took great care of us even though she was alone to cook, serve and receive clients at the time. The experience is that of all the senses. I definitely recommend this place.

Awesome brunch! It can be difficult to find a full brunch in France, with eggs, pancakes and everything (lived in Canada for 5 years), but this one was perfect. Fresh local products, homemade dishes and cakes, generous and colorful. And eggs that felt like home. Definitely the right place to go for brunch in Aix.

The woman who sat and served us was so lovely and helped with our language barrier. Very darling place with yummy food. Great place for a brunch or just a quick snack. Iced tea was great.

Exhausted from travelling all day, the host at Betty’s made me an incredible chicken sandwich to take away. Life saver! The cookie was delicious too. Just what I needed

What an absolute gem! We were welcomed by this lovely lady, which was also the chef!! She prepared such an amazing food, with so much love and care. We were just so delighted that we came across this place that couldn't recommend enough.

The food was almost all great! Excellent salad, great sauce for the prawns, rich lentils etc and a very generous amount! Downside would be the pancakes and coconut sweet potato tart since both were bland. I would go back, and think it is worth a visit ;)

We came here for an afternoon coffee. The lady was so so so sweet. We ordered an homemade muffin which was magnificent. This place is made with so much charm. Definitely try it! I would return if I have the chance.

I have been looking for a place to have brunch in Aix for a long time. This is THE place. This is the ONLY place where you can have a decent US-style brunch. Actually, decent does not cut it. Food at House Cookies is stupendous. It is prepared with great care by the owner-manager-cook — a real one-woman show — with fresh products from local producers. And for a price that beats the competition (poor competitors in fact). Customers are treated very nicely. The place is small. Better book a table in advance.

An absolute delight and a rare find! Took us a dozen restaurants to find 100% seasonal and fresh ingredients. The menu even changes every day accordingly! So I highly doubt anything could taste bland as I read in another review... indeed - no artificial over-sugar industrial food. Chicken salad was amazing as well as the eggs. Enjoy!
