Peak
45
has
quickly
become
an
obsession
for
me.
My
first
class
was
in
SLC
with
Sunny
and
she
was
SO
helpful
to
us
newcomers
as
it
is
a
little
jarring
at
first
because
it’s
fast
paced
and
the
moves
can
be
complicated
if
you’ve
never
done
it
before
but
she
was
the
BEST
person
to
take
your
first
class
with
-
I
highly
recommend
taking
her
class
if
you’re
new.
She
also
kicks
A$$
and
her
classes
will
give
you
a
great
workout
and
she
really
knows
what
she’s
talking
about
with
muscle
groups
and
all
that.
She’s
helped
me
so
much
and
always
goes
above
and
beyond
to
help
and
teach.
Then
I
was
hooked
and
I’ve
gone
to
about
15
classes
since
then
and
I
don’t
plan
on
stopping
:)
it
is
the
best
workout
I’ve
ever
gotten.
My
body
is
changing
faster
than
I’ve
ever
seen
it
change
and
in
the
best
way.
I’ve
gone
to
both
Park
City
and
SLC
and
I
love
them
both
for
different
reasons.
The
SLC
location
is
kind
of
like
a
cave
-
it’s
dark
and
the
music
is
loud
and
the
teachers
motivate
you
like
no
other.
The
PC
location
is
much
brighter,
seems
a
bit
bigger
and
the
teachers
there
are
equally
as
awesome.
I’ve
taken
classes
with
Sunny,
Yaicha
(AMAZING
teacher
as
well!!)
she
really
motivates
you
to
get
through
it
and
plays
the
best
music..
Natalie
in
PC
is
amazing!
Brooke
is
awesome!!
And
Lo
is
awesome
too!!
I
haven’t
taken
classes
with
any
of
the
other
instructors
but
I’m
sure
I
will
and
they
will
all
be
amazing.
I’ve
heard
great
things
about
Joey
too-
we’ve
been
wanting
to
take
his
class
but
they’re
always
full!!
Anyway,
basically
everyone
is
stellar
and
the
workout
is
incredible.
I’m
a
long
time
yogi
and
I
never
thought
I
would
love
anything
as
much
as
that
but
I
do!!
Peak
45
has
made
me
so
much
stronger
and
actually
helped
my
yoga
practice
because
I’m
so
much
stronger.
It’s
helped
my
skiing
immensely
too!
I
can’t
say
enough
good
things
about
it.
If
you’re
skeptical
take
a
class
NOW!!!
