It was a pleasure to sit, have a bottle of Brazilian wine from the San Francisco Valley, North of Bahia, and taste the three distinctive pastas. They also feature a portion of protein.

We came here for dinner, wanting to try their pasta, but when I saw their wood-fired oven and how good one of their pizzas looked when it came out, we changed our mind. The restaurant is located in a very attractive building in the neighborhood of Rio Vermelho. The wait staff suggested that the second floor was for ordering pasta and the third floor was for pizza, but when pressed, they told me you can order from either menu no matter where you sit in the restaurant (needlessly confusing). The “pizza” level has much higher ceilings and large windows that look out onto the street, so I would recommend sitting there, no matter what you decide to order. They have a decent selection of wines at reasonable prices to accompany your pasta or pizza. We started with their bruschetta and then ordered a pizza with 4 toppings. The food was very good, and the atmosphere is nice, although, even though it was not busy, the service was a bit slow and could have been more attentive.
