Part of the food we ordered was amazing. The bread and spaghetti with tomato sauce was really good. However, my brother ordered from the kids menu and the risotto came with a lot of onions and practically no meat. Not ideal to kids at all, kids don’t usually like strong tastes and the kids menu should take that into consideration. Also, the polpetoni had practically no cheese, the meat was badly seasoned and raw, it tasted like a raw hamburger.

This places serves nice Italian pastas and other dishes. Does not serve pizza. Service was friendly, but had lots of staff standing around and do nothing. The ambiance was weirdly jazzy. Prices were okay. Ground floor was being reconstructed so it looked closed from the outside, but the friendly hostess accompanied us upstairs. Had air-conditioning.

I went to this authentic Italian restaurant as a visitor to the country of Brazil. They have raised the bar of my expectations of what the presentation and cuisine of an Italian restaurant could be. I literally used the words "this food is to die for" to my companions. A visit cannot be recommended highly enough.

Nice and quite restaurant close to Salvador Carnaval. Was great to get a small lunch break from the chaos of Carnaval.
