Great place high standard. The rooms are very clean and the air condition worked fine and quiet. Decent deserves the stars and good ratings! If I want to find something bad, it is the noise but that’s normal for the good location and Latin America cities. The rooftop bar is awesome you have to check it out! Clear recommendation!

I had a great stay at Fera Palace Hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are nice, the pool area is amazing with stunning views. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the gym.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. I made a reservation at this hotel for one night to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately I have a disability that requires a special assistance medical service dog that was denied by this hotel. Furthermore the staff was very rude when talking to my partner and I. Their behavior is quite shameful and I hope no one else has to feel as disrespected and worthless as they made me feel.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! It's super clean, like seriously spotless. When we arrived at the reception desk, we were welcomed by the friendliest, happiest staff ever. I don't think they could have been any kinder if they tried! The room was incredibly spacious and the décor was fresh and beautiful. Honestly, I can't think of a single negative thing to say about it. And let me tell you, the beds were like sleeping on clouds. I had the best night's sleep in ages!

This is one of my favorite hotels, and the only place I stay when I visit Salvador. It's got a great location inside the historic city center, with easy access to many of the museums and tourist attractions. I always enjoy the rooftop during sunset. Only caveat is that this is a historic building, and the two elevators are very slow. Consider taking the stairs when possible!

We had a delicious lunch here at Omí, the hotels restaurant. Then some wine at the rooftop. What an amazing view!

Exceptional hotel full of style and charme. Breathtaking view from the roof and the pool. Every detail is perfect, from the music around hotel, staff uniforms, photos in the rooms and corridors, books in the chill areas. Im puzzled with the experience!

Nice hotel, everything new and stylish. But the service... service is not for 5 star hotel. Receptionist are not very welcoming, sometimes quite sad, but may be its has to do with general lazy mood in Salvador, and they just wanna escape home 🤣

I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Friendly staff, rooms are clean and large, decent breakfast, amazing views from the rooftop. Very few minuses: The elevators are very slow, breakfast could be a bit better as far as creating a daily variety and the last, front desk tried to stop my parents from visiting me one evening alleging that visitors were only allowed in their lobby... I am a world traveler and never had to deal with such problem. I do understand that controlling is necessary, yet not at this preposterous levels. I’m talking about decent human beings in their 70’s, my parents!

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location. The building has been renovated perfectly with a lovely heritage charm. The breakfast is a must and the meals at the restaurant were some of the best I've ever eaten.
