    One of the best museums in Pelourinho. The history inside and art are beautiful. There is a small Cafe but one of the best things is the gift shop where you can buy reproductions of much of the art. A recent addition is the top floor that overlooks the city.

    Very informative museum on Jorge Amado, the great brazilian writer from Bahia with a great view to the Pelourinho. Besides you cannot understand Bahia without reading a couple of his novels
