BAAAADDDDDDDD AND SLOTH-PACED service. Don’t come unless u’ve got a plenty of time to waste.

Wow wow wow! Suuuuuuuper slow! If you want to wait 1 hour to get your food then this is the restaurant for you. If you only have 1 hour for lunch do NOT come here. The girls in the front took the order quickly but somehow you still wait for an hour after you order. Maybe they need more than 1 chef, or a bigger kitchen.

The food is very nice for the price. They also have a decent quality. But they need to improve with the service. I felt like that at least 2 staff didn't want to work that night.

The restaurant offers variety japanese home style foods. Its taste is good as usual. I also end up with 3 bowls of cereal-mix rice.

Service is good from time to time. They have new staffs every 2-3 months. The service is ok. Sometimes its good sometimes it is not Foods are fine

Asked 4 times for a re-fill and had to standup and walk over with a cup before waitress decided to come. Tables are all in. No napkins no sauces. Waitresses didn't even think about bring items and utensils. All menus were served with no utensils. They never brought any until requested 3 times.

Ootoya is generally quite good, but this branch is stingy with the food portions, particularly with the sides for the bento boxes. I think I'll start ordering from a different branch.
