I was very disappointed with the luxus hotel as it was advertised as a 5 star hotel and I was expecting a lot more. I Stayed in room 523 for 3 nights which was supposedly the executive room but there was lack of maintenance everywhere. Shower in my bathroom was not working properly and I complained 4 times but nothing happened, there was mold On the shower curtains and when I complained I was told next time when you come back it will be fixed. So many things were wrong I cannot mention them all So I will just add pictures. Also in the pictures you will see cracks in the ceiling. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the swimming pool was nice. There is no garden or outdoor in the hotel and the view from my room wasn't nice either. At this price I could have stayed at much nicer place. I don't recommend.

I've had the privilege of traveling around the world and staying in resorts/hotels everywhere. I can easily say this has been one of...if not THE best hotel I've ever stayed at. Every single worker from housekeeping to room service to the front desk is so kind and warm. They made my stay truly special and helped me feel so comfortable. I haven't stopped raving about this hotel to everyone I know. 10/10. Will stay again and again whenever I come to Lahore.

Have been staying here since over 10 years. Always Impressed by their cleanliness and services. My most recent visit however was as follows Staff- friendly and professional as ever. The whole two stats go to the reception, bell boy, room service team. Atmosphere: nice ,peaceful environment. Beautiful interior as ever. Room and cleanliness: rooms are nice and capacious. All amenities present. I deducted 3 stars for the cleanliness of the bathroom and how impractical the shower was. The exhaust of the bathroom wasn't functional neither was the drain in the other room we had booked. The bathtub was very moldy and the shower bracket was so close to the ceiling the shower head could not be placed there- an obvious result of poor designing. The towels had turned fawn - initially white, so had to assume these were either very old or not washed properly. The commode had a stink to it even before using it. My stay was only short so I easily avoided taking a shower and landed the hotel at 2 stars however I would have given 1 star had I stayed longer and needed to shower in such conditions. The rooms, especially the bathrooms need revamping and the cleaning staff need retraining. Hoping to see improvement on our next visit.

Highly professional and trained staff. Love it there. Food was so tasty and awesome. There breakfast buffet was very well set, a proper blend of Continental and Pakistani food. Room were excellent, tidy and come with all kinds of facilities. Worth every penny spent. Pricing is very reasonable. Pool isn't that great in terms of size and depth, but water was super clean and fresh. Indoor sports like gym, 8 ball pool, etc are available.

I went to this hotel last year. Living there, having breakfast, lunch and dinner was such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, the food and hospitality was amazing. Friendly, clean, nice rooms, nice beds and nice place. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is on top of my previous trips and the rest of the hotels I stay in! I was unable to see the building in reality that was displayed while booking. First of all when i entered the hotel entrance, a sharp polish smell welcomed me and my wife...no fresh flowers were placed....the paid at the counter......lift had no ac at all....then checked in my room.....curtains were not blocking light during day.....i woke up early morning just because of that.....room service was very very slow......only thing that was good is breakfast....thats all....not worth it.

The rooms are extremely small. The shower head and drain was clogged. Breakfast buffet is the worst with no non desi breakfast options. The location is pretty bad too. The building advertised is hidden behind a bank's building and there's no view from the room window. The hotel is fairly understaffed and there was no one to take my luggage from the car upon arrival. Overall would not recommend staying here

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Only downside is they have very slow service and the breakfast isn't fresh or good. Breakfast needs to dramatically improve and have live stations and this could be one of the top hotels in Lahore. I stayed here for 2 weeks in their Royal Suite (biggest room available and only 2 total in hotel) so I think I am qualified in giving my opinion.

It would be a long review. my team recommended this hotel based on google reviews, I personally read all comments and decide which ones are true, let me break my reviews into the most commented parts in google reviews and as we are 3 friends stay in the hotel so my review is based on all my friend's feedback. Hotel Entry, Parking & Elevator [4 star]: A lot of people comment that there was no entrance from the front and the entry was from the back side, it is not true actually the entrance from the hotel is the front side. yes, there is a parking issue due to the small space but it's not that much of a problem as the hotel staff is managing the parking well. there are two elevators installed in the hotel, yes it is a small space elevator but at one time approx 8 people can move up and down. Hotel Staff & Room Services [4 star]: as lots of people appreciated the staff behavior definitely the staff is very cooperative. the only thing is to need to improve is that after cleaning the room they should refill the courtesy tray /hospitality tray and vanity tray but if in case they forget to refill you can ask them for the required things and they will provide you immediately. Room & Toilets [4.5 star]: the room space is quite good, the height of the room is excellent, the view from the room is excellent, comfort bedding experience all thing good except the AC, yes the 90% reviews about AC is correct the temperature control is not working I tried everything but it didn't. infect I change the temperature mode to COLD to HOT but it doesn't work, I have to OFF the AC every 1 hour. The toilet space is reasonable and only needs some maintenance, in my room, there was a tub installed but it was not maintained however in my other friend's room they properly maintained it. Finally Food!!! [7+ star] Breakfast: although the menu is not long for breakfast all the items are so tasty and satisfying specailly the tea. Hi-Tea: again a very reasonable price for Hi-Tea the menu is limited but again the taste is excellent. Room Service Items: believe me the Food supersized the all weakness of this hotel. the taste is outstanding and normally whenever I visited Lahore I prefer to eat outside and a lot of hotel foods are not up to the mark, from 5-star hotel to any other 3-star hotel we prefer to eat outside but this time the blows are minds very tasty food. the only suggestion is to try to maintain the menu book as there was a price difference between what you ordered and what you charged, I asked them regarding this they said they paste a price sticker on the menu when they update the price but it was a room guest who removes the latest sticker in result the confusion has occurred. so it is recommended kindly check the price before the order. when I leave the hotel I gave my feedback to the staff and they noted it too and said they will consider my feedback and work on it.

I found Luxus Grand to be the most economical and a luxurious Hotel at such a good location in Lahore. Their staff is very humble, not only the rooms but the rest of the hotel is absolutely clean and cosy. My first time staying at the luxus grand hotel in Lahore, Pakistan. I am highly impressed with the cleanliness, hygiene, ambiance, quality of premises, rooms, dining hall, and most importantly, the professional and above and beyond my expectation experience I have received so far. Due to a change in flight, I had to request to shorten my duration of stay at the hotel, the Manager Khurram, and the other staff were able to get in touch with booking.com and solve my problem right away. I was assured a refund of the remaining balance upon check out. My entire stay has been extremely comfortable, and the rooms are very comfortable as well. I have also stayed at the Luxus hotel in attabad, Hunza, and I recommend both of these facilities.

Was very excited to stay here given the high ratings but I really didn't enjoy my stay. If cooling, WiFi connectivity and hygiene mean a lot to you, this place is not for you. Not comparable to PC Lahore.

The stay wasn't worth a 5 star hotel. The AC in the room wasn't working and literally had to complain 4 times to the management before they shifted to another room. No towel was available in the room, Room service had to be called multiple times to get a towel even. Washroom didn't have any exhaust system due to which washroom floor remained wet throughout. Moreover the bedsheet seemed to be too old yellowish. The breakfast didn't have multiple options and for both days menu remained same.

This was my first visit and stay at Luxux Grand hotel, i stayed three nights, beautiful surrounding. Room were clean, cooling was fine. Though some of my coworkers hv complain on centralized cooling system but i had no issue. Washroom were clean, once i had only hot water no cool water, tea cattle was placed along with tea packets, sugar and whitener, one coffee pack. Two bottle of water and two pieces pressing were complementary, welcome fruit basket was provided. Shaving and dental kits were available. Interior is old, meeting halls are average, too many pilar. Breakfast and lunch were okay, I was missing good mixed tea. Found staff very cooperative.

Had good experience there but some of the things were not very pleasant for me. Because from where I booked hotel room. It was mentioned that every Room has a jacuzzi but when I entered the room there wasn't any. When I asked them they said sorry its subjected to availability. Then other thing is that their prices are very overly prices. 😂 For example a water bottle was about 220 and a tin pack of 7up was about 190 🙄. I mean 3 time more prices 😂 its not even that expensive in top class hotel or even in Islamabad hotels as well. Other places like swimming pool or jym are just to tick the checkbox. Other wise these things were not very enjoyable. Average 2 star hotel ! Both the services and Staff are very lousy. Location is not good either. Furniture is outdated specially the sofa provided in the room has to be cleaned. Bathroom needs renovation as the shower is broken and all rusted. The food they served at their buffet breakfast is below average and not enough. We asked for pancake and they said they ran out of batter. Unfortunately not recommending it.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They made us feel comfortable and very home type of feeling. It was clean the staff was very nice. We always came back to a nice clean room. The food here was great!! Location was the best part! Close to anarkali and Lahore food streets. Gulberg was also near by. One thing I would say is that I wish the hotel had thier own spa that’s really the only thing they were missing. Otherwise very nice place !! Thank you for making us feel at home!

It was a nice experience, The price mentioned here online is not accurate as usual. It's not a five star hotel. But it looks like they have established a good brand of rapport. Food was very average compared to the high price. Stay away from the mini bar! 😉 The breakfast seating and environment felt excellent. The entrance is not grand. The bathroom felt a bit congested. Views from windows show the city. The lighting in the room appeared a bit dim due to dark paint on the walls. The staff was very courteous. I'll give a four star to my overall experience and consider coming back.

I stayed stayed for 2 nights with my family. Their staff is very cooperative from security guard to batman, each individual is well trained and they greet guests regularly. Our plan was to stay at indigo hotel but it was rushy while luxus grand had a very calm ambiance. Beds were super comfy, room service was always quicker than we thought. The taste of their restaurant on ground floor, is a cherry on top. Complimentary breakfast buffet is also amazing n full of varieties

It was a decent stay with all the basic amenities you’ll need, the only downside is room was rather dusty (so was the entire city). Service staff were warm and friendly, especially the host at the restaurant who seated us every morning for breakfast. Minus one star because the male receptionist who processed our check out pocketed 2,000 rupees from our deposit. It was too late when we realised it as we had left the hotel. The whole trip had been pleasant and enjoyable as the Lahoris have been so hospitable and generous, sadly this left a bad mark on our experience right before we departed.

Overall a good experience. I had my nikkah ceremony in there hall and stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was ordinary even though it was a 5* hotel. All the amenities in the room were useful. Banquet manager, Ms Sadia was very cooperative and had our breakfast delivered to our room throughout our stay. Despite paying the full amount for my stay, I encountered a troubling situation. First, let me start by expressing my frustration with the dusty water that was present in the bath tub. Upon discovering this unhygienic condition, I brought it to the attention of the hotel reception. However, their response was far from satisfactory. All I received was a mere apology without any hint of compensation or concrete action to rectify the problem. Moreover, the dusty water not only made my bathing experience unpleasant but also raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards of the establishment. I had chosen this hotel based on positive reviews and high expectations, but this encounter has left a lasting negative impression on me. I believe that a hotel should prioritize the satisfaction and well-being of all guests. By simply saying sorry and refusing to offer any form of compensation, LUXUS GRAND HOTEL failed to uphold these basic principles. It is deeply disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction and an unwillingness to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I hope that my feedback serves as a wake-up call for the management. It is vital for them to address the issues surrounding the cleanliness and maintenance of their facilities, while also reevaluating their customer service approach. Second Visit: this time I stayed at the facility with family. The dual occupany rooms were spacious, less furniture but enough to fulfill all requirements. Nice and elegantly decorated. The facility hosted 55 guest event for us n everything was super smooth. Special thanks to Asst. FnB Manager and the AD sales for facilitating and making everything ready the way we wanted it. Not even a single point out of place or track. From CheckIns stay n check outs , every things was so smooth. The facility took care of each of our guests with extra protocols that was highly appreciated by all the guests. The venue for the activity was neat , clean and well managed with everything on time from the hotel services side. I found the room service and house keeping to be super response. We call n in no time a service providers knocks on the door. Am more than happy n over satisfied at the services provided by them. I will always make my family stay here n will highly recommend it to every one. The food maybe a lil expansive but the room rent was much much lower than other same standard hotels. First Stay: Overall awesome experience. Location is ideal if considered mall road. The hotel rooms are a lil small n feels like a lil overloaded with furniture but are comfortable enough. The feel was some what the same as if of PC or Avari. The halls are huge with all kinds of tech available for meetings and workshops. Dining area is a lil small and the food seems to be fine. Not bad but not something that we can say was super awesome. Indoor pool is a super attractive facility. Costing . Well I would say that the facility relatively asks less for what it offers. So over my rating would be really good. 11 to 12k PKR is what an above average guest house will charge and they are providing alot more than an average guest house. Super recommended.

It's your average hotel, with all the basic facilities and amnesties but poorly managed when it comes to maintainence and wear'n'tear. First the pros; Location of hotel is good. Rooms are fine with all the basic amnesties and things that you might need. You'll get a descent bed, a sofa with table, a study table with cahir, mini refrigerator, electric kettle for tea. The food is good, tried almost all the things from their menu. They've a descent breakfast buffet, you'll find most of breakfast items including live omlete and all. The downside; you'll find old sheets, torn pillows, poor paint job in room, poor quality cupboards, faded table, loose doors locks, poor shower, where shower head is basically blocked since it has never been cleaned, and faded taps. Entrance to the hotel is through a narrow alley which is odd for such a big hotel. Besides their parking is too small.

Not meeting 5 star rating from any angle. Service is average, rooms have poor built quality and cleanliness is poor. Overall furnishing is basic and Breakfast was also average.

Rooms are well maintained but service is comparatively slow as compared to hotels with the same range you have to call a minimum 2 to 3 times to reception if needed and for mini bar you have to pay 300% of actual price over all good experience

We had very nice experience. Neat n clean rooms. Hot water was excellent for bath. And the top most was breakfast...it was amazing I can't find any words for compliments. It was a marvellous breakfast I had ever in my life.

Rooms definitely need upgrading especially being a 5* hotel. Other than that had the pleasure to stay there for 1 night, originally booked it for 2 nights but had to cancel my stay due to family emergency had to rush back to Azad Kashmir. But I must say Bravo to the management and staff who were 10/10 especially Umar, Rehan, Numan, Kaleem and Nosheen. Breakfast was again one of the best Breakfast I've had, the gentleman who made an Omelette for me sorry didn't get your name, best Omelette I've had. Overall best location, absolutely amazing staff, if I was to visit Lahore in future will definitely booking same place.

Absolute worst stay ever. I wasn’t even able to sleep entire night as Air Conditioner wasn’t working. Upon complaining 3 times in a time span of 3 hours they changed the room in the middle of the night. In the new room AC was set to 17 degrees and it was still running over 20 degrees even after running whole night. They control the AC centrally on the backend and keep on money saving mode all the time. Breakfast was tasteless and below average. Hotel location is even worse. It’s on the backside of the bank on main road. There’s no view from any of the rooms anywhere. At last, reviews are all biased and they keep pushing customers for reviews to hide the real ones. STAT AWAY! 🛑
