Fishy entrance from the underground parking lot, but once you enter the place it's a wonderful experience. Great variety of household items, fresh groceries, etc. I bought some loquat and falsa also :) I found a cheese counter and a nuts corner where the customer can totally go nuts. Lots of candies behind these counters as well. Well organized shelves, and nice helpful staff. Good job Alfatah.

My all time favorite i love to visit here even i need a soap n spend more here. Decoration things are super and antique no doubt cosmetic are good u can buy things with close eyes... Oppps but now i cant say that you can buy with close eyes because thy blundered with me, i bought vepira lipstick round about 2200 but that actual price is under 1900 and i saw these price on alfatah page

Excellent household section, the accessories in textile department, especially the huge panorama of colorful cushions makes it attractive to be visited each time. Moreover the huge variety of character cushions surpass the cushion stock anywhere in lahore.

large scale companies are degrading not only on the quality of their products but also on how they treat their customers. Given the fact that their prices are higher than the regular market rate, the minimum one can do is expect the best quality. Got poultry from @alfatah yesterday and it had already gone bad (the expiry date was not for another 2 days) and when i went to get it exchanged from a branch near my place, they refused to take accountability for it. highly unprofessional 10/10. do better.

Al Fatah mall is an excellent place to buy a range of groceries, furniture, crockery, toys, electrical appliances, perfumes and cosmetics, watches, gift items etc.

So congested and full of people , hardly a place to walk inside . Grocery section in basment is full of people and too much suffocation due to presperation ! Too much rush and claustrophobic enviroment !! Small area but too many people downstairs . Then makeup area is also filled with people which is not a very comfortable enviroment to shop around !! Quickly finished shopping and got out . Fruit is not fresh and not good enough to buy as you get it from outside from people sell on carts or small shops !! Too many staff members in one Aisle , don't know why ?!!! They don't need more than one as the space is already less and on top of this it makes more difficult to walk around !!! Unfortunately , they need to do something about space as their grocery section and the ground floor is the most used sections out of all !! They should make it more open and clear in order to make shopping expeience much comfortable and better !!

You can find almost everything here but the place do get congested specially the super market side that i visited. Even though they had variety of things About everything I still couldn't find the face wash that i was searching. N I think they should have one or two more cash counters in super market area.

I thought that this is a good store as I frequently visited but no, they are like any other corrupt to core bunch in Pakistan with no safety or security for the customers. On Tuesday 17th Jan, their logistics truck went out of control in their parking lot and hit my new car and damaged its door and fender. Though as you can see the severity in footage, the truck could roll on and hit someone else on the road resulting in loss of life as well but, the local management did not report this incident to their head office and despite more than a week, no compensation to get the parts replaced. Interestingly, their team member went to Honda showroom with me to get the estimate to bring the car in its original condition but that was not enough for Mr Javed from ISB branch who tried to be clever and made all efforts to brush this under the carpet. I wonder where the leadership team is sleeping. They have definitely lost one more loyal customer.

Al Fatah shopping Mall is awesome choice when you are looking for some quality products. The prices are little higher but justified when you see the quality, so in short you should visit here when you are looking good quality for little expensive prices.

One stop shop! You gotta pay the price of convinience though. Prices of imported stuff is normally higher than market rate. In grocery, make sure to check expiry dates and ingredients (halal/Haram) for imported goods

I bought a Philips air fryer from the discount shop on the fourth floor with no exchange and return policy, of the price Rs.33,000. They said that my receipt would serve as my warranty as it was not box packed and had no warranty card. They handle of the fryer was slightly broken for which they compensated me but they said that otherwise it worked perfectly. After buying it and bringing it home I checked it after a week as I was busy, it worked fine for 2-3 mins after that it started producing strange and loud noise like metal clanking. I turned it off and tried again but again it did the same thing and on the third try it won't even turn on. I took it back to the Al Fatah mall and told them the whole situation and they kept on implying that I had broken it and they wouldn't even exchange or return it. To top it off they gave me a card of a repair shop and told me to get it repaired from there, where I again would have to pay for all the expenses. After much quarrel and argument, they took our Philips air fryer and told us that they would get it repaired for us. All of this defeats the purpose of buying an original branded Philips air fryer. Being such a huge company, they should claim their mistakes and compensate accordingly, they should stop selling broken down and repaired products claiming that they are original with only a little fault due to shipping.

Nice place. Keep your eyes peeled at the payment counter. Always better to go with your own shopping bags. They will charge you for the shopping bags (Rs. 10 for small and Rs. 15 for big) indiscriminately.

There's no place better than Al Fatah. And it has nothing to do with the varieties. It's the humans working for them. People are who make every experience wonderful. They have extremely helpful ushers working for them. But it is often ironic to see the investor mentality at play around Al Fatah. They don't provide a decent place for their employees to sit and eat food. I've often seen ushers eating food on the side slope of underground parking. Irfan Sb should take care of his HR as our shopping experience is augemented by the people guidance not by the over priced catchy merchandise that are flashy for eyes and wallets

This place is absolutely amazing!!! You can find several things in just one place. You can buy groceries, garments, toys and crockery, cosmetics, furniture and other fun things and prices are reasonable too and quality is the best👍🏻. Almost everything is available here like toys, grocery stuff, branded perfumes, ladies inner wear, expensive watches studs even imported canned and food items you just name it and it's probably there. For groceries, area is small and gets crowded easily. Counters are crowded as well on weekends. I personally don't like to do grocery in those small hallways.

Everything from the smallest pin to electronics is available. Original products and highly corporative staff. A very wide variety of original perfumes is impressive

A shopping mall for all your needs under one roof . You can find all the European brands here. It has a secure underground car park . But limited disability access, which was disappointing .

Good variety of all items,including,cosmetics,perfumes, kitchenets,cutlery, etc, home appliances furniture. Has large grocery section with various options. Meat section needs improvement with regards of prices(high as compared with market) fruits and vegetables are OK. Billing counters need improvement to handle large customers.

This store is a supermarket store and you can buy almost everything that you use in daily life. They also have a lot of edible products, which they import from other countries, for they are hard to find in many other big stores in Pakistan.

Terrible return policy and customer service. In practice, they don't have any return policy for kitchen electronics. Neither do they have any repairment expertise. It is all a facade. So don't buy any kitchenware until you want your money to waste.

The team behaved nicely. knowledgeable and highly productive. I would not think twice to suggest them to anyone in need of a new door, just service, or repair.

Same issue persists with this branch of alfatah also. They don't give bags for free to pack customers grocery. I am a regular customer there and often buy grocery worth more than 20000rs. Many times I mentioned there to provide free grocery bags to their regular or bulk customers but of no use

We were welcomed by fast response from 24 HR Plumber Scottsdale AZ INC and they arrived at my house within 3 hours. Our clogged drain got is all fixed and would highly recommend them.

Had my car booked in for a detail at Mr Sheen Premier Detailing. Was very impressed with the end result. The interior looked amazing and all of the dog hair had been removed completely. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs their car detailed.

Price at shelves not in commensuration with the ones being charged. I bought 4 Suzan Orange juices labeled at 240/ on bill 310 charged. 18% GST being levied per item. Prices not revised. I purchased dark chocolate price labeled 797/. In bill charged 897/. Day light robbery. Appalling state. Height of inefficiency. Watch out for such glaring discrepancies. Aisles congested teeming with sales persons clogging movement. Hussain Chowk.

Alfateh is opening too many outlets n each outlet has mini variety n sections.. Which irritates the customer. Imtiaz n rainbow stores are better options in comparison.

The technician from Precision Plumber Fort Lauderdale Inc came and did an inspection after explaining to him. He gave me an estimate before work which was really nice. He then proceeded to do an awesome job.

They're okay for groceries only, worst experience woth electronic products. Went to buy hair trimmer, all were 6000Rs plus. sales man said most reasonable is for 4500. Upon keep asking he showed one for 1800, and as usual started the sales pitch. The first product he opened up was used, and had hairs in it. Anyways he got me another one. Trimmer messed up my beard, worst quality, doesn't even clip hair evenly. Had to clean shave. Upon asking they said they don't have warranty or anything for it, no return policy nothing.
