I did my wedding makeup there and what they did was they made all girls who came for bridal makeup sit in a row and 1 by 1, they applied the same foundation, same lipstick, same everything on all girls. Everyone has different skin tone and complexion, which running a parlour they should know but they didnt care. When it came to the hair, the employee very rudely said why do u buy such heavy dupattas that are hard to fix. She said she'll jus make a plain hair bun otherwise my dupatta wont stay! They ruined my life's most important day. I would like to tell everyone to beware and never take services from depilex. They take so much money and when it comes to providing services, they are 0. Unprofessional and pathetic service. Their behavior is like we havent paid and taking their services for free. Shame on you depilex!

Services are fine but they dont know how to talk to their customers. I went there for facial n cut n the girl was like "jao ye pehan k ao" "yahan betho". I was in waiting room,watching the album they put there for us. And a lady came there saying one of her junior "band kro isy ja k" with a pretty rude expression. Such unprofessional, rude and cheap staff that they have at this location. Its better to call them greedy because for money they kicked a girl out middle of her makeup why? Because she disnt wanted to pay them what they wanted jyst for a basic simple party makeup. Their workers and even the manager at the time was a lady but still she made my cousin leave the parlor because we didnt shove their faces with extra money. Such a bad bad bad experience and such bad and greedy people. Owners should be aware of their staff's greediness and unprofessional behaviours unless they are part of it.

Really rubbish experience. The manager has absolutely no manners and speaks to customers as though they are dirt. They take on more clients than they can accommodate and then tell you they’re taking people in receipt number order but then lots of women push in. There is hair all over the floor and gets stuck in your dresses. I would definitely not recommend going here - avoid like the plague!

It has wrost services and they have unprofessional staff they don't even know how to to talk.I came there for smoky makeup they firstly lost my lenses two pair of cost ten thousands. After that their behaviour is very rude.they asked for extra charges for late come and also extra charges for lashes as well.they charged me 6500 separate for make-up this was only powder over makeup.this branch has very poor services.first time I went there when I landed at Sialkot airport from Istanbul

I visited this place on 29th august with 5 of my family members. The staff was extremely rude and the makeup products was not sanitary. They used cheap makeup on my skin. My aunt does pardah. The staff asked her to show her pictures from the phone. They claimed that one of my family members was bride even though she wasn't, their manager was rude as well. They refused to do our makeup unless we showed them photos. In the end we decided to go to another palour. I wanted to file a case against them for harassing a women that does pardah. I would not recommend anyone to get their grooming done from here. They are nothing but illiterate workers that think that we don't know our rights in a muslim country.

The manager was so rude and so was the receptionist. They do not have any manners to speak to the client instead the manager raises her hand to hit my girl while she was playing around. Children are like that you are not supposed to scare them by showing that u were about to hit them. While blow drying she scolded my daughter too and held her head tightly. I want to complain but to whom am I, the only manager who is mannerless??

She did my makeover and I'm in love with my look. When I came to the salon, I was so confused about what is going to happened, but when I saw my final look, I felt like this is something beyond words. I went there for party makeup n bridal makeup. Bridal makeup was good but party makeup was worst. I can do better than that. The staff is very rude. They don't know how to communicate. All the cosmetics are very old. Worst experience ever . Will never go there again. Giving 2 stars bcz the bridal makeup was ok. I will not recommend anyone. They straightened my hair without putting any serum or oil replacement which burned my hair.

It was a wonderful experience. I had my walima makeup from daska branch and i was so worried as i came all the way from Fsd and it was hard for me to find a good saloon . fortunately i got u guys. It was great experience. Bridal makeup done by depilex I was totally satisfied with the services.

I had walima signature makeup from depliex Sialkot staff and owner herself were well mannered and very professional but the parlour was not in good condition only signature room was well maintained but they products and tools they used were not in good condition e.g beauty blender they used was broken. They used black eyelash glue to stick my tika. Other than this they don't have separate rooms for facial and massage there's one big room with partitions. Moreover once I went for Mani and Pedi cure they used cold water in winters for the purpose.
