Terminal infrastructure is so cool especially i like the lush green garden in the middle between terminal and beautiful flowers around. on the other side service need to be improve much, day by day you are loosing customers satisfaction please maintain your standards like before when you take a start in Sialkot. One more thing to say please strictly follow the safety and security measures.

The Sialkot Daewoo bus station is located at the start of the Cantonment. The entrance to the station is an extremely conjusted road. The parking area is large enough and there is a beautiful garden outside. ATM machine is also available. The passenger lounge is a bit small but has the necessary tuck shop. The ticketing counters are present outside which makes it a bit uncomfortable during harsh weather conditions. Staff is kind and courteous.

Very very small terminal. Every taxi outside is asking premium rates for low rated transport means. Even Careem driver asked for 4000 while fare shown on app was 990

This used to be one of the best public transportation but now it not as it used to be. It is only preferable as it does not have any long stops in its route. As far as service goes, it is just normal. No refreshments except for water and you have to buy their add-on to get some refreshments or eatables. Their headphones were also not working. Excellent bus service but need to add business/Gold class buses in fleet on Sialkot lahore route. Canteen of Daewoo Sialkot is too expensive, I did purchase a Nestle juice which cost me 80 rupees, almost 100 % charges than the local market. Need to control on this

Very Bad experience after very long time travelled Sialkot to Lahore Bus was very depressed it has the tyre or engine turbine shout very loud listening inside the bus definitely not proffered because the Daewoo has end many other and much much better options available

Travel is perfect, buses are perfect. But the contact service is poor. The call never reaches the operator for seat booking. I always have to book a seat from bookme. Please provide us with a landline number or any other contact service.

Pray before traveling at the onsite prayer rooms for men and women. Toilets also available sitting having to leave the premises. Customer lounge to purchase light snacks for the journey to your destination is also onsite for added convenience. Bus seats were extremely comfortable. Bus attendant made announcements upon departure and arrival and offered light refreshment during the trip. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Overall service was good we booked our seat from LHR TO SKT we wanted to leave on Sambryail exactly after the end of the motorway but they refused and we had to travel back almost 15KM It was also somehow fine. But after the end of our trip, we asked them what if someone wanted to leave before the terminal which some pex did during traveling but the crew said on the next traveling you could choose Faisal movers which were too annoying and weren't satisfying at all.

The bus condition is so bad that even our bus bus engine got an issue within 30 mins of departure, so disgusting, waste of money, not recommended to anyone. So cheap condition. Especially from Lahore to Sialkot buses are of cheap quality.

Very Professional one will have to say that. The bulding the parking the park on front Restrooms waiting area everything's nice and clean. They checked tyres the air the screws before departure of every bus was what impressed me thats professional. Bad thing is that the canteen in waiting area is charging literally double amount. I bought 2 super biscuits of 30 rupees each which they charged 120 Rupees yes you have read it right 120 rupees.

Bus services from Sialkot to Peshawar is so third class.... Bus conditions are so worn-out. And they don't make upto there given time.... Most importantly there buses from Sialkot to Peshawar must be changed or brought new like in other city ... We pay them them most for there services and they should spend them good for us ....

I traveled from rawalpindi to sialkot…bad experience and Very poor service …. Not on time … 1 hour and 20 min late … bcz of this late i have to miss my connection to my destination…. Secondly bus interior is not upgraded very and poor seats and uncomfortable. …. Not recommended for future travel

Found it's service not very good as it's name was good. Buses are very old and seats are not comfortable. Trimmings are compromised sometimes buses are 30 to 40 minutes late. I don't like and will not recommend to anyone

Area wise it's big, but they have not much buses and have less route, but if you wants to travel for cities near Sialkot then it's good and their prices also reasonable, but they have to add new busses.

Bad experience with daewoo they are dodging passengers they claik to reach Sialkot From Lahore in 2 hours non stop but they consume 3 hours and also make a one stop at daska station so its not a good option between LHR and Sialkot

Poor. Bus started with two hrs delay. Overall three hrs delay in Journey. There should be spare buses at terminal to cater for delays or mechanical faults.

Its good. Spacious parking availyfor pick n drops. The buses are mostly on time, Not like Lahore terminal. Its very clean and the prices of shop is also normal (unlike lahore terminal).
