Pakistan postal service is much better than Leapord. In Gujrat they are under-staffed and prefer if the people themselves pick up their parcels from the main office. They would tell u they couldn't find the address or anything just to make you visit and receive delivery. Yes, letters which are easy to carry and deliver would eventually reach you. If u go for any private postal service, go for DHL OT TCS.

Bad service,poor public dealing, nobody is bothered about delays in delivery. Nobody attend calls,even managers dont attend calls.

Really bad service, they didn't even contact me once and on the tracking site, it says "consignee not available". What kind of service is that? The parcel has been arrived at the facility centre since 15th of January, and it's 18th already. Disappointed!

pathetic experience. They took payment of urgent delivery but didnt deliver the parcel on time. Even after complaining, the delivery boy took the whole day reaching the destination. Report them and never ever use this service again

We received parcel from this service which is scam. Vendor send us empty carton we claim about parcel in Gujrat Office on same time and ask them to hold the payment till dispute clearance and they even didn't reply email and customer service center talk very rudely with us
