Wow, Mandy is AWESOME!!!! We were in Bangkok for 2 full days and hired Mandy for one of those days. She is really good at what she does and was so fun to spend the day with. We wish would could have spent more time with her! She took us to the River Market, Railroad Market, a couple of Thai temples and a yummy lunch at an authentic Thai restaurant! Mandy really knows her stuff, has lots of knowledge of history and is able to answer everything you'd want to ask. She also has a lot of connections with owners of local shops making the tours she leads all that much easier and faster! The River Market is really unique with everything done on the water throughout a maze of canals. There are small shops up and down the canals along with homes and plenty of food vendors zipping around in their boats. We had some of the yummiest coconut ice cream and other delicious treats at the River Market. The Railroad Market is a massive fresh vegetable, meat and fruit market. If you need it they have it! The market operates and sells out daily and the cool thing is the it is built around a railroad. When the train comes thru 4 times/day the vendors and shops pull their goods back from the tracks (unless it sits low enough for the train to pass over) and roll in their awnings. Within about 5 minutes the tracks are clear, the train comes thru then everyone puts their things back out. It was fascinating to watch and thanks to Mandy we couldn't have ask for a better spot to watch this play out. The temples she took us too were incredible to see. We had been to temples in Laos and these were very different with even more history. I was fascinated by Mandy's knowledge and ability to answer any questions we had. Her English it quite good, which helped us a great deal! We will be back to Bangkok, hopefully next year, and will definitely hire Mandy again for more tours. We would definitely recommend her.

Mandy is an excellent guide and I would not hesitate to say that you could not find someone better to show you around Bangkok. We booked a private tour that included: Wat Pho, The Grand Palace & The Emerald Buddha Temple, Wat Arun, Ayutthaya: Wat Mahathat, Wat Phrasrisanphet, Wat Lokayasuttharam, a local boat tour around Ayutthaya Historical Park, and Wat Chaiwatthanaram. Mandy has thought of everything! She was so knowledgeable about every place we visited. It's rare that we get any family photos on our family vacations and we have one at every place we visited. She knows the best angles and places to stand and takes amazing photos. Our driver was exceptional also. It is very hot in Bangkok in May. She would communicate with him and he would be there waiting with cold water and cold towels everytime he picked us up. She took us to a delicious place for lunch and helped us with our selections. We literally JUST finished our tour with Mandy and all we can say is WOW! She is so kind, knowledgeable, and organized. We had such a fun day exploring Bangkok and the temples. Mandy had several surprises for us on the tour and each one was more fun than the next. The van is very comfortable with plenty of water and cool towels in between stops. (March 2019) I don’t know where to begin. Mandy was excellent she got to us on time. Even though it was 5:30 in the morning she was waiting in our hotel lobby with a smile. she had all her paperwork situated on payment and that was a breeze. We took the train tour and it was incredible. She had the perfect spot at a Café to watch the train come by. We literally reached our hands out and could touch the train( it moves very slow) our next stop was to feed and take pictures with tigers. Then we made our way to the Grand Palace. she was so prepared from having toilet seat covers, hand sanitizer and every time we left the van and got back on the driver had it nice and cool and had a nice fresh cold hand towels waiting for us. this tour is amazing it was so amazing that some of our party are back in two weeks and they’re using Mandy again. She is everything!!

Best Bangkok Tour Guide with Mandy!!! We were sooo glad we booked Mandy for a two day tour. Our first day was an Ayutthaya and Floating train market tour. She was very professional and responsive with all our email correspondences. Expect to be WOW'd by Mandy... a bubbly and energetic guide that was very knowledgeable about all the historic facts about Ayutthaya. One thing we also loved about her was that she knew how to keep our group on a schedule. When you get my friends together, it's like herding cats. After a long day of walking around temples and train market we were brought back to our hotel in a comfortable private van. Such a great day!!! Our second day we did a night and day food tour at Klong Ladmayom food market and a night tour in Chinatown. A new day and a new stomach. If you're a food lover, make sure to try these tours with Mandy. As a native Bangkokian, she really knows the best things to try and eat. We had a huge spread of grilled meats, fish, papaya salad, sausages, amazing prawns, and noodles. We literally tried everything. Just when you thought you had no more room in your stomach we ventured out with Mandy to Chinatown where we had an awesome dinner spread on one of the side streets of seafood and Isan food.

My family and I did the Floating Market and Railway Market tour. It was absolutely the best part of our first trip to Bangkok, Thailand. Mandy the tour guide is amazing! She met us at our hotel at 6:30am sharp and we began our wonderful journey to the Floating Market. There we tried many delicious treats such as coconut pancakes, coconut ice cream, coconut pudding, pork soup noodles and meringue crepes. We also bought some awesome Muay Thai shorts for my son from a cool vendor. After the Floating Market we went to the Railway Market, where we walked through one of the most complete seafood markets that I've ever seen, with many friendly vendors. Once we reached the actual Railway Market we had time to take pictures as we waited for the scheduled train to arrive. A few minutes before the train arrived we witnessed a miracle done by the great vendors, swiftly retracting their shops in order for the train to pass right by or over their belongings. It was like a magic show. After the Railway Market we were taken back to our hotel by our wonderful driver Anon who kept us comfortable and hydrated to and from our destinations in his clean van. The whole tour took about 6 hours from door to door. This was truly an outstanding experience. Thank you Mandy for being the best tour guide and keep up the great work!

The BEST guide in Thailand!! Mandy was amazing - by far the best guide and tour experience I've ever had, anywhere. My husband and I went to Thailand for our Honeymoon and toured with Mandy the Ayutthaya tour! Let me tell you, this was hands down one of the highlights from our trip!!! Mandy was so extremely knowledgeable, articulate and passionate about the temples we visited (she also taught us cultural etiquette and Thai history which made it very helpful for us getting around the country)! We learned so much and felt so comfortable as Mandy had such a bubbly personality! The communication with her was very clear (answered all questions prior to tour) and response time was very timely. The van arrived early to the hotel which was a huge advantage as we arrived at the temples and would be the only people in the park/temples! It almost felt as if Mandy "rented" the park just for us! Lol She knew the best routes around the temples and knew the best angles for pictures. It was very warm but the van/driver had iced water and cold towels waiting for us everytime we got back in the car, it was a game changer. We never felt rushed and truly enjoyed our time amongst the temples and even where we went to eat lunch (a restaurant Mandy and her family had been going to for years which was delicious). My wife and I had an extra day in Bangkok on April 8 at the conclusion of another Thailand tour. We hired Mandy to do a Markets day. She took us to the railroad market, floating market and an amazing food market. We did the “Essential Bangkok” tour with Mandy last week,as we were only in Bangkok for 3 days. We were lucky enough to secure Mandy’s services at very short notice,we were so glad we did. Mandy is the absolute BEST! I am not usually a tour guide person, but I was swayed by a good friend to take Mandy’s tour after hearing great reviews. It ended up being my favorite day in Thailand, all because of Mandy. She was so quick to respond, let us customize our tour, and added so many personal touches. While waiting in line once she bought us cool towels so we wouldn’t overheat, she taught us about Thai culture, taught us how to take public transportation, and even gave us a little gift at the end of the tour! Mandy's incredible spirit along with her impeccable attention to detail made for two flawless days of touring Bangkok and the surrounding points of interest. The first part of a two day tour started by visiting a place on the top of my wish list, The Maeklong Railway Market. Mandy walked us through the stalls of the market stopping at notable stands to show us local produce, fish, customs. Once we reached the railroad tracks, she brought us to a spot that offered the best view of the train. We had two days of this type of front row interactive experience. It was beyond my expectations. What made a perfect time even more perfect? Mandy! Whether she wanted it or not, she was instantly a friend and part of our group.  She offers  great information and insight about what you are seeing but also lets her personality shine through. The train market tour was amazing. Mandy got us in the perfect seats up front to watch all the shops pack up just in time for the train to squeeze through. We also got to visit an authentic Thai floating market where we went around on these little boats zipping by various shops. We even got to order food and eat just by pulling up next to the other boats. We're really glad we booked with her, as we had some friends meeting us with their niece. So it was really easy to just follow her lead instead of getting lost on the streets in Bangkok. Thanks again Mandy!
