Very strange check in process.was waiting around for a few minutes for someone to address us. Had to ring the phone, and then somebody behind the glass office came out to see us. Rooms were clean, there were two bottles of water supplied. The beds are a little too hard. There is no Lift available, only stairs. It has a washing machine and dryer which is good so you can catch up on all your laundry on site. There is a 10 b charge on soap and 30 b for machine operation. There is also on site parking available.

Very quiet place, half an hour from the airport! Clean room and very helpful people! Pictures around the guesthouse!

They change the towels every three days. No laundry is available. You should do it by your own. Entrance and corridor are not cool. Good for staying less than 2 nights for BITEC.

The room has the following facilities: - 1 double bed - Private Bathroom - Hair Dryer - Water Kettle - 2 Tea cups + 2 glasses - 2 water bottles (complimentary) - Mini fridge - Air Conditioner - Shampoo + Body Wash - A caged balcony - Desk, Chair, Mirror, Doorless wardrobe (with hangers) Ban Mai was a very clean, quiet, and relaxing to stay at. There was absolutely no nuisance at all during a stay there. The place also felt safe and secure as the doors have extra chain locks and the premise itself has a gate that's locked at night. The staff is also very helpful and very cooperative when we needed anything. We arrived quite late (around 10:20 p.m.) which is a little bit after they officially close check-ins but they accommodated us anyway. We gave them prior notice that we would arrive late so please let them know if you also plan to do this as they wont accept any check-ins outside of their opening time have not been notified prior to arrival. The only downside will be that they do not have any parking spaces but this is not too much of a problem because there is a temple about 50 m away that offer parking spaces for only 50 baht per night.

I rented a room since my graduation ceremony was held at bitec bagna. The rooms were very spacious, the staffs and everyone are very nice. I fortunately got to meet the owner of the place and it was very exciting, she explained how the hotel came to be. It used to be a silk fabric manufacturer that would export to different countries, they were considered as the front tier silk fabric producer back in the days. Although, the beds are kind of stiff but you can always ask them to add a topper without charge. Finding the hotel itself might be a bit confusing since the layout is like a house, i would advise you to call them when you get near the hotel and they will come and guide you or explain where to go.

Stayed for four nights in a private deluxe room. It was always kept clean, tidy and neat by diligent staffs. They sold coffee sachets, water, and some snacks for 5-10 bahts each and had two washing machines you can use with three 10 baht coins (detergent is 10 baht per sachet). Hosts whom I met were relatively quiet people, but full of hospitality, especially a boy speaking a fluent English. I felt really welcomed and had a good stay.

This is a good place to stay, with clean and private rooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the guesthouse is closeby to the nearby BTS (train) station and a supermarket complex. It is abit far down from the main BTS stations, such as Siam and such, but the BTS is a straight line to these stations and main locations.

Perfect location for bitec. Sky train close by. Bed was very hard though. Took a few nights to get used to it

I stayed there with my partner just about 4/5 hours, we were waiting for the our flight and needed to sleep. The owner woman is so nice and helpful. The place is so clean and good budget hotel. Definetly recommend!

This guest house is amazing. The staff is so kind and accommodating. Also, laundry self-service is available. I loved my stay.

Room is big n clean. Beware of the stairs. Close to bitec n bang na bts. Owners are friendly. Watch for check in and out time, they wont stand by 24 hours
