I stayed here for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. While it's a bit far from Udom Suk BTS station, it was good value and had a 7/11 right outside. Location: the hotel faces a major highway which means a lot of background noise in the room. Personally I still slept well and only noticed it when the balcony door was open. It's not particularly convenient in this area but if you walk to Udom Suk road, there's plenty of street food and a local market as well. Rooms: I was really impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the rooms, they feel new and modern with a comfortable bed, decent shower, fresh towels, and work desk. Housekeeping was good but toiletries were minimal, only a hand soap dispenser. AC and wifi worked as expected. Amenities: none. But the staff were friendly and there's hot water and snacks for sale in the lobby. Overall Opinion: a reasonable budget hotel with great rooms and service, but the location was not very convenient for my needs. Good hotel with decent size and clean rooms. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Beds are comfortable but lacking in basic amenities (NO toothbrushes, slippers and etc). There is a 7-11 convenient store just right beside the hotel. The location is quite far from the city center, the nearest BTS station (Bang Na) is 15 - 20 mins walk away. Good value for money 👍

location is good, easy to travel to by private vehicle or taxi (for public). BUT the parking space is not sufficient because most guests require the parking. The room is comfort and clean. No amenties in bathroom; only provide soap and shampoo.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Especially Ammoy she speak good English and very helpful. I highly recommend to stay Hop Inn Hotel very convenient. U feel Free and relax on yr vacation.

New​ hotel of many chains. Decided to take this as its at a quieter location bts bang na or udom suk. Had to take a bike taxi 2 mins from bts. Room service was awesome. There is also small balcony to dry ckothes. Everything was good in the room. Bring hdmi cable to watch Netflix on TV via phone. Hairdryer would be nice to have.

Car park too crowded and not locked to the guest so we difficultly to park our car. The smoke from outside leaked into the room .

Good service in hotel. 7 eleven convenient store in front of hotel. 2 bottles of water as complementary provided. However there is no restaurant or massage shop around hotel.

Had a horrible stay. Customer service doesn't care. I tried to change rooms for a little privacy and they followed me up to my room against my will and micromanage my every move. Overweight guy and two incompetent ladies working at the front desk. Later that night, a police officer came by and made the staff appear even more incompetent.

perhaps I stay there for 10 hours from midnight till noon. but I give a good mark on the reception staff and price and location. I will book again on my next short trip.

Very clean hotel, good soundproofing, very kindly staff, close to 7/11, big parking lot, great value. Next trip I'll comeback here.
