Was there on a business trip. rooms are dark, cleanliness is borderline average. furniture and kitchenette in the room looks old. Receptionist tried to add the previous customer's bill to our room when we checkout of the hotel. we had to show him our boarding pass to prove our date of arrival. local staff seemed clueless.

The receptionist didn't speak any English, we had problem with AC in the room. We changed 3 rooms, they were extremely noisy, due to the type of construction. We won't be going back again

The Blue Hippo Hotel was a wonderful experience. My room was clean and my bed was comfortable. The room service and breakfast were excellent, and the staff provided impeccable service, including a shuttle bus to and from the nearby BTS station! I would recommend coming here for anyone planning to visit Bangkok in the near future!

Nice hotel with good location near bts and also transfer service. Hotel are new and clean & have facilities.Stuff are friendly and clam place to stay. I would like to recommend here for enjoying stay.

I would have given five stars but the water pressure is too weak And I asked for king bed, but I was duped with two single beds pushing together. It's not the most comfortable

There only few good things about here -Ok location -clean bedding Rest is not pleasent expereinse -no black out curtains -bad noise isolation. -doors make noise wake me up during night -dirty walls inside room -breakfast poor. Fast food style. -coffee experiense terible. Order coffee at 1st floor next to their espresso machine and they bring coffee around the corner from other place.

Hotel opened in Jan 2023. Stayed here 2 weeks ago. Whole place very clean. Helpful receptionists. And an amazing hotel manager. Our room cost 1200 bahts with 2 single beds. Size okay for 2 pax. Complimentary and nice breakfast in a nice dining area that can sit about 150 pax. A well-equipped gym and sauna. Open and basement parking with security guard. Location convenient. Near to eateries, 24 hours laundry shop, bistro and minimart etc. Worth the price. Will stay here if we ever come to this area. Highly recommended. *The hotel next door, Red Crocodile, is also theirs. Connected.
