WARNING: Location isn't everything! Yes, it's located right next to a Praksa BTS station and sits between Robinson's mall and the Black Market night market. BUT the sewage creek outside has a nasty smell. The air there is the worst I've smelled in Samutprakan. Also, the street is noisy at all hours of the day and night, the train is noisy from early morning to midnight, and the night market has bright lights and loud music till late in the evening. So if you want fresh air and a peaceful environment at home, DO NOT buy or rent a condo here. Also, compared to Notting Hill condominiums just down the street, The President looks more like a prison than a premium condominium complex. Obviously, it's a quick and cheap job filled with many tiny rooms made to minimize comfort and quality, in order to maximize the profit of the owners. It is ugly, artless and an eyesore to the community. Besides that, its name and advertising are overwhelmingly arrogant. I cannot recommend this condominium building as your next home.

Problems President Condo.: 1. Don't buy this PRESIDENT CONDO, the price for the for 3 Million to 5 Million Baht with not a PREMIUM built 2. The ROOM so small 3. Not a good to buy and investment 4. The outside Air smell very bad in Samutprakan 5. The edging inside the room is not a Premium build inside the BEDROOM had some crack wall, by looking at the way install the wall in the Bathroom unevenly cut the woods and unevenly hardwood floor. 6. Not enough PARKING spaces for, and No assigned of permanent parking space for CONDO's Owner, and you pay for 3 Million to 5 Million Baht CONDO. 7. Very Noisy CONDO with a lot a customers complaints, Because a lot of CHINESE people live here, Most of Illegal Chinese people 99& (FROM MAINLAND CHINA) no Manner very loud noise and no respected to THAI people, and with a very bad personality. 8. The last bad thing is CONDO's PERSONNEL Department with a VERY BAD SERVICES, did not help customers, or do anything with all the customer complaints. 9. The worth thing the PERSONNEL Department did, she sent Security Guard out to chain and lock the car, to make the car owner pay 500 baht to unlock, if a car owner forgot to put the sticker on the window. Or you parked in the same spot for more than a week. I believe 500 BAHT she kept for self. This is the way of THAI CORRUPTION every level.

Many people smoking in the room so air quality is bloody terrible and condominium administration is not able to control this problem
