I
feel
disappointed
about
what
I
expected
from
a
private
school.
I
just
transferred
my
social
security
rights
here
this
year.
Recently
gallstones
were
detected
here.
The
doctor
recommended
surgery.
At
first,
social
security
rights
could
not
be
transferred
in
time.
So
notified
to
use
only
group
insurance
rights
and
pay
yourself.
The
hospital
has
a
queue
for
you
immediately.
But
the
day
I
got
the
queue
Social
security
rights
are
now
effective.
So
I
asked
to
check
my
rights
further.
The
hospital
asked
me
to
postpone
my
surgery
appointment
to
wait
for
approval.
I
was
informed
that
it
would
take
1-2
weeks
or
maybe
longer
to
consider
approval
from
the
hospital,
which
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
Social
Security
Office.
The
hospital
informed
me
like
this.
In
the
end,
it
was
rushed
and
it
was
faster,
but
it
took
almost
1
week.
So
I
decided
to
find
another
hospital
as
an
alternative.
and
asked
for
ultrasound
results,
the
hospital
said
that
the
matter
must
be
reported.
Wait
7
days
to
prepare
documents.
So
I
complained
that
everything
here
had
to
take
7
days
to
finish.
In
the
end,
I
was
able
to
print
the
ultrasound
results
within
that
day.
In
summary,
I
received
treatment
from
another
hospital
(private
as
well)
immediately.
And
other
places
can
only
use
private
group
insurance.
Still
paying
the
additional
difference
is
almost
double
less
than
here.
What
I
don't
understand
is
the
operation.
-
Does
using
social
security
rights
slow
down
access
to
treatment?
Ask
why
the
hospital
has
to
wait
for
approval
from
within
the
hospital
itself.
Why
does
it
take
so
long?
Didn't
get
the
answer.
Which
is
assumed
to
be
a
matter
of
queues
and
personnel
limitations,
which
is
not
likely.
Because
I
have
already
received
a
queue
if
I
don't
use
the
Social
Security
benefits
as
well.
-
Various
processing
steps
take
a
very
long
time
compared
to
private
standards.
Financial
personnel
cannot
provide
any
answers
regarding
the
rights
of
service
users
at
all.
Just
informing
that
you
have
to
wait
for
the
relevant
person
to
approve.
I
would
like
to
ask
the
hospital
administrators
to
check
and
fix
the
operating
system.
If
it
is
a
private
sector,
it
takes
quite
a
long
time
to
process
like
this.
