I was sick of the noise, hustle and pollution of Bangkok. So i crossed the river and was immediately in eco green island (heaven). Baan Makham is in paradise and it is only minutes from Bangkok. REALLY! Baan Makham is on a tropical island. Maybe in the best part. When you sit on their lovely, airy veranda the rest of the world disappears. I had a delightful brunch followed by a lazy coffee. I will definitely be back again. I will probably stay at one of their bnbs. A must see when in Bangkok.

Beautiful place. Tranquil and friendly. Great food and drinks. The perfect place to escape from the craziness of Bangkok.

Beautiful place surrounded by lush greenery. Ordered the Lychee and Rose drink with their Thai traditional snack called Mar Hor(Pineapple with peanut mix), taste of sweetness from pineapple and savoury of the peanut mix. Worth the effort to cycle all the way here, just look out for signboard of their cafe along the maze of tracks.

Lovely coffee shop that also serves food. I wanted to visit having walked past it on a previous trip. The place is set back from the main walkway, and is in a lovely quiet location with unobstructed views of the surrounding vegetation. Although quite modern, the building appears designed to fit in with its surroundings, and there is a nice deck with fans for sitting outside and enjoying the peace. Because it is a little further to walk to, it was quiet on the day we visited -- I think most people don't know about it and just go to the Tree House instead. Don't make this mistake! We just stopped for drinks and had delicious smoothies made with natural ingredients. All agreed that they tasted fantastic! Would love to come back and try a bit to eat next time.

I found the place really peaceful. The food was delicious. If you love quiet and peaceful places this is the best. If you go by car you need to park it far from the restaurant and around 600 meter of walk on a walk way or you can rent bicycle too. But i recommend walk will make this more memorable.

A quiet cafe in a lovely setting. Four of us stopped for drinks after biking around for a bit and were all pleased with what we ordered. We didn't order food but we saw a few dishes come out and they looked very nice.

Lovely place to stop for lunch. We had a tasty green curry and a gaprao with a nice spicy kick.
