My stay was great but the hotel is situated by a very busy road way. It was very hard to book grab to pick me up. It took 3 tries...But I would stay again and prepare better for the road.

Poor services. First thing the hotel location marked wrong on the maps and we got lost several times before we found the hotel. After we arrived the hotel the main car park was full and we were told to park our car further down the road. No help was offered by the staff on arrival, and we have 4 big suitcases and a cabin bag. At the reception we’ve been ask to write down our car no. plate, and next thing in the morning they called at 7am to asked if it was our who parked downstairs. Honestly i’m very disappointed that they don’t take any consideration and woke us up at 7 in the morning, instead of check the info that they made us wrote down at the check-in. I am not expecting the best service in the world just need a little sympathy from the hotel staffs. Definitely will not stay in this hotel in the futures. Another thing if you booked through Agoda you won’t see any negative reviews on the app because they only show you the positive reviews.

There was no drinking water in the room. We stayed at the 8 floor, still there was noise from the streets in our room. Wifi very slow. The room had a cigarette smell. The car park was full and very difficult to park.

Nth to eat near this place to have to ride taxi or motorcycle about 2-3km

I will not be this hotel chain customer again ever. They didn’t accept my change date request even I got covid-19 3 days before the arrival date. No matter I contact via Agoda or direct to this horrible hotel.

The room is very clean and nice. If there was no breakfast, the staff was unfriendly, and amenities such as toothbrushes were substantial, I would have liked to come again.

This hotel was recommended to me by my local friends for being relatively new and affordable. It is located next to Novotel Bangna. The exterior of the hotel looks decent but upon entering to the reception, there was no air conditioning and very hot. Didn’t help that the morning sun was shining directly into the reception. Reception is located on the 2nd floor and 1st floor was for car parking. Receptionist spoke little English so Google Translate is very much needed. I came early about 9am and they allowed me to check in early which was much appreciated to offload my bags. The room is of decent size and clean. It has basic amenities like toiletries and bottled water. The only downside is the protruding edges of the bed frame which can hurt your shin if you are not careful. The mattress had springs protruding out which was uncomfortable. Shower is weak too. House dog is your security guard in the day and there is a human guard at night. The in-house restaurant does not seem to be functioning when I was there in the morning and evening. There are no big shops nearby within walking distance, the nearest was a petrol station with 7-11 convenience store and a Cafe Amazon, about 4mins car ride away (if no traffic jam) or a 5mins walk to another petrol station (with a Jiffy store and Black Canyon Kitchen) against the traffic. Convenient to & from Sikarin Hospital, 50-70 baht depending on traffic.

Safe, clean, quite, reasonable cost hotel. Friendly staffs. I will stay here my next time in Bangkok.

The location is not quite convenient though Novotel hotel(has a good Chinese restaurant) is just a stone throw away. The environment is still peaceful and quiet. If you need some beer and supper, you can drop by a small eatery near the entrance of the road and it happens to be owned by a Taiwanese couple who hire one local as waitress.
