Poor
services.
First
thing
the
hotel
location
marked
wrong
on
the
maps
and
we
got
lost
several
times
before
we
found
the
hotel.
After
we
arrived
the
hotel
the
main
car
park
was
full
and
we
were
told
to
park
our
car
further
down
the
road.
No
help
was
offered
by
the
staff
on
arrival,
and
we
have
4
big
suitcases
and
a
cabin
bag.
At
the
reception
we’ve
been
ask
to
write
down
our
car
no.
plate,
and
next
thing
in
the
morning
they
called
at
7am
to
asked
if
it
was
our
who
parked
downstairs.
Honestly
i’m
very
disappointed
that
they
don’t
take
any
consideration
and
woke
us
up
at
7
in
the
morning,
instead
of
check
the
info
that
they
made
us
wrote
down
at
the
check-in.
I
am
not
expecting
the
best
service
in
the
world
just
need
a
little
sympathy
from
the
hotel
staffs.
Definitely
will
not
stay
in
this
hotel
in
the
futures.
Another
thing
if
you
booked
through
Agoda
you
won’t
see
any
negative
reviews
on
the
app
because
they
only
show
you
the
positive
reviews.
