Well-equipped gym with really helpful, approachable and knowledgeable staff. There is a fairly complete array of modern gym equipment in good condition. The air-conditioning is adjusted throughout the day according to outside temperatures and number of visitors, which always ensures a comfortable temperature to work out in. Lockers with keys are available, so no need to bring your own locks like in many other gyms. It's also really clean. You'll often see a member of staff cleaning equipment and disinfecting surfaces. Outstanding gym, totally recommended.

I have tried many gyms in Bangkok, both cheaper and more expensive, and this gym is by far my favorite. Equipment is imported and of excellent quality. Facilities are neat, trainers are kind and management can communicate in English and they are very accommodating. Members here are passionate about fitness and self improvement, which creates a very motivating atmosphere.
