Sooo the people are very very friendly! But the money is honestly not worth the experience, we drove only around 30 minutes off-road truly and especially the second off-road path was not very nice compared to the first one which we did not continue even though there would have been a nice route ahead. Also we felt like the most important aspect was making a nice aftermovie for their marketing and to sell it later to us and not having the best experience as customers…I don’t know about the other companies but we are a little sad and disappointed as it was supposed to be the highlight of our trip…so sorry to be rating it bad but I want to give my honest and transparent opinion

The experience was wonderful! Fun serpentine driving up and down the mountains, as well as subsequent driving through off-road terrain. The leaders were nice and did their best to be as helpful as possible. I would love to book more activities from the same company next time I visit Gran Canaria! Many thanks for the highlight of the holiday!

The tour was amazing and so where the guides. We had a lot of fun driving on and off-road. The off-road part is just enough for it to be enjoyable as it can be quite rough for some ;). There are a few stopping locations to take pictures, swap seats and have a look at the beautiful landscape. The buggy is easy to drive with no clutch (like a simple go-cart) and everyone can enjoy riding one. Overall, this is a must if u are in the south/east of Gran-Canaria and want to have some fun. throughout the ride there wil be recordings of u that u can get at return for a fee, which are absolutely worth it! We had such a fun day out - a really great way to see the island and have a good laugh at the same time. Staff were really friendly and the loop you go on takes you on a good tour before going off road.

Very friendly and good organization. Only downside is that the offroad part of the tour is too short, too much focus on driving on the streets!

Amazing fun!! Don't think twice!! We nearly took on hiking trip instead, and now I can tell you that visiting Gran Canary canyon is 3 times more better with Buggy Pirates!!! Super friendly staff, speaking in English, German, and Spanish. Very chilled and exciting experience with breath taking views of Gran Canaria

Absolutely lovely dudes that do these tours with a lot of passion. Everything on our trip was perfect, great mood, short but important security and buggy handling briefing and lots of driving fun (road and off-road). There were enough stops to catch a short break, switch drivers, drink and enjoy the nice views. Very very worth it for the price. Just don't show up with your best clothes, they WILL get dirty. At Sebastian: You rock!

It was definitely a fun experience! people were nice too! but the only thing is that it’s a bit pricey for the pictures and video eventho your not really in one of the pictures that has been taken, i see a lot from the same persons but the only picture that we’re in is the group picture, so consider that for if you want to have the pictures & video as a souvenir/remembrance. I wouldn’t do the pictures & video next time but definitely want to experience the buggy ride again! & be sure to make pictures & videos on your own, that is my honest opinion :) oh and we had transfer service from hotel to buggy and retour, nice guy he could speak dutch too and basically more languages but still, very handy if you didn’t rent a car or something.

Today we had big fun on trip with Buggy Pirates. There work very friendly staff, they communicate minimum three languages what is very helpful for coustomers. They care for safety on all trip.

Fun tour that took us through the mountains. Amazing views and good guides. They were entertaining themselves also. Speedy Gonzales is my new favourite person. He was going 50+km/h on a moped filming us to make a video montage. We’re still waiting for the edited video but he really put 110% into filming. I would even call it crazy and life threatening but he knew what he was doing. Works with a bit bigger groups also. We were 16 people and we rode 2 and 2 in the buggies and swapped places during the breaks. Off-road part are pretty bumpy so maybe avoid if you’re prone to back injuries and so on. Overall a recommend. We had fun

It was a great adventure! Breathtaking landscape, an outing full of adrenaline with very beautiful landscapes. the buggies are very good. Our two guides are very friendly and made our ride even more pleasant. I highly recommend, a must to do in the south of Gran Canaria!

We had an amazing day in the VW beetle tour! Our guide Marcel was very friendly and informative. Also getting used to the clutch of the car and restarting the car a few times he waited patiently till we caught up again. The drive was beautiful, vistas, valleys, mountains and a nice amount of stops to take some pictures and have a drink and snack. You end up going really high on the mountains for amazing views! We were also lucky with only 1 other car that booked that day, so we were with 3 cars in total! The cars are kept very nicely and it’s an awesome experience to drive through the mountains of Gran Canaria! All in all an amazing day and would definitely recommend everyone to book this tour!

It is exactly what you pay for. Driving buggies over streets and up and down the mountains. You will get dirty and you will have fun. As an extra the guide is hyper energetic and gives the whole experience an extra touch.

Well, to say it was great would be a huge understatement, the excursion was something next level, me and my son have both enjoyed it soo much and this wasn't my first buggy experience on Canary Islands. Sebastian and Speedy were extremely friendly and explained all thoroughfully, rest of the group was also fun and deffo didnt save horns for better times :)) Overall 6 stars from me and my son. Excellent experience, a couple of how's of driving both in road and off road, great chance to explore some of the island and see some of the wonderful natural scenery. Can't rate the staff highly enough, professional (in a good way), friendly, welcoming and clear in their instructions. Staff spoke English, French, Dutch, German, Italian and Spanish for instructions to customers while we were there. Trip included on road and off road portions, including getting to a mountain peak in one of the national parks. Extremely dusty, make sure you're prepared, but well worth it for the views. Booking in advance a must but well worth the time and effort.

It was fantastic, the guide knew multiple languages and was super helpful! We had a buggy which overheated but it was replaced within 10 minutes!! We had a buggy tour with some offroading through the mountains, super fun!!

Excellent and friendly service. Tour was good having been taken around a large hill via narrow and twisty roads for the first hour, followed by an excellent bumpy and dusty dirt track for the 2nd hour. You, your clothes and bags will be covered in dirt and dust so be prepared!! Bring a bandana as a face covering or it'll be €3 for one, €5 for two when you're there.
