Called
my
doctor
after
emergency
room
visit
for
an
injury
on
Friday
06/12
to
set
an
appointment.
The
E.R.
does
not
give
restrictions
for
work
and
only
gave
me
3
days
excused
for
a
knee
injury
that
the
nurse
said
takes
a
week
or
two
to
recover
from.
Can't
walk-in
to
see
my
primary
doctor
because
of
the
COVID
pandemic.
They
told
me
the
next
available
appointment
is
until
the
following
Wednesday.
It's
Monday
and
I
have
no
other
valid
excuse
for
work
from
a
doctor
so
I
am
pretty
much
worried
about
losing
employment
at
a
good
job
that
I've
had
for
2
years.
It's
now
Monday
and
I
called
them
because
the
excuse
from
the
E.R.
is
not
long
enough
and
they
told
me
after
I
had
already
set
my
appointment
for
Wednesday
since
last
Friday,
that
if
I
call
early
in
the
morning
they
have
Same-Day
appointments.
Why
didn't
they
tell
me
this
on
Friday???
That
is
very
important
info
that
they
left
out.
If
they
would
have
told
me
this
since
Friday
I
would
not
have
to
worry
about
the
possibility
of
losing
employment
because
my
appointment
is
until
Wednesday.
