Aside from the new facility being clean and private, the service from both staff and Dr's has been horrible. I was at my appointment 30 min early, got called back 45 minute after my appointment time, then waited half undressed for another hour while I could hear my Dr laughing it up in the next room. Then to call and try and get through to anyone helpful is a joke. Scheduling an appointment as a follow up needs to be months in advance if they have it ready. This office has been an emotional nightmare.

I have a 4 month old baby who had a stat referral put in for a pediatric GI specialist two months ago. A STAT referral got us an appointment two months out. When our appointment date finally arrived, the office called to cancel just a few hours before our appointment. After voicing my concerns, I asked if I was going to have to wait another two months for my infant to be seen. The lady who called said “I don’t know, someone will call and reschedule”. …… I never received any phone calls. Absolutely horrible start here

Let’s start by saying the staff is awesome DR.Lee is by far the most caring doctor I’ve ever came in contact with. The nurses Valerie and Miriam are so welcoming and they bring good energy. Yes the facility isn’t the greatest looking because it’s an older building BUT the staff keep it clean and neat. I recommend this as a great primary doctor and of course there is other health care providers.

Called my doctor after emergency room visit for an injury on Friday 06/12 to set an appointment. The E.R. does not give restrictions for work and only gave me 3 days excused for a knee injury that the nurse said takes a week or two to recover from. Can't walk-in to see my primary doctor because of the COVID pandemic. They told me the next available appointment is until the following Wednesday. It's Monday and I have no other valid excuse for work from a doctor so I am pretty much worried about losing employment at a good job that I've had for 2 years. It's now Monday and I called them because the excuse from the E.R. is not long enough and they told me after I had already set my appointment for Wednesday since last Friday, that if I call early in the morning they have Same-Day appointments. Why didn't they tell me this on Friday??? That is very important info that they left out. If they would have told me this since Friday I would not have to worry about the possibility of losing employment because my appointment is until Wednesday.

If you are going for a visit, MD’s are always late and the fact that they shame you for communicating your issues/concerns is truly unethical. I have names, times, and dates of every account I’ve had here and why I no longer go here for anyone who wishes to know more. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.

I know it’s sometimes a different doctor every time you come here, especially since they are all doing their residencies. This location has less foot traffic than the other one but the wait is much longer. The worst part about this place is the exam room has no ventilation; smaller room, no air, and it gets stuffy and hard to breathe in here, especially if they make you wait 30 mins or longer. I’d only take my parents here if it’s something that’s need to be done quick, like a referral, since their schedule is more open than the other location. All in all though, if you can avoid this location, I’d definitely recommend it.

Appointment 10:30 am Checked in at 10:00 am Didn’t get called in till 11:10 Was there for baby’s shots(12m). First nurse took vaccination card with her, waited more than 30 min so I opened the door asking where’s my nurse. A different nurse is sent to me. She had me holding my baby’s arms and legs, I only have two arms. She didn’t bring back my vac. Card so I had to wait more time just to get it back. From 10:00 am till 12:50pm. Is this a regular time for a visit with an appointment????

I’ve been going to different clinics and hospitals for over 40 years and I haven’t ever been treated like I have here at Sach. I’ve been coming here now for over 7 years. I do have a few problems with the stuff but only minor ones. BUT with my Dr. Pilosoc and my therapist Ann Curtis Never!!! I’m so happy and thankful for this amazing Doctors have saved my life.
