I take both of my cats to Seven Hills Veterinary Hospital and am very happy with the service. The doctors and staff are very friendly and caring and my cats respond well to all of them. It is a great place :-)

We love Dr. Okada and Dr. Yu. Our pup has been well taken care of by all the staff at the clinic. She loves going to the vet!

My dog and I had a great experience with this vet. It was easy to get an appointment, everyone working here was friendly, and my dog received thoughtful care. I appreciate that they’re easy to work with over email for records and test results. It’s also just about impossible to find a vet with parking in the city, so the location is a nice bonus. I have already recommended them to a few friends.

We brought our sick mini bernedoodle to Seven Hills Vetinary Hospital after a cross country drive. They were our first stop in San Francisco. Dr. Benjamin was so compassionate and really listened to our pups issues. She fixed her right up with some fluids, an injection, and a medication to administer at home. Our girl felt so much better right away, and was back to herself in two days. Thank you, Dt. Benjamin! You may very well have saved her life!

It was easy to book an appointment, the staff was very friendly and professional, they coped very easily with my extremely reactive puppy, and the Vet was great. Plenty of easy parking at the Diamond Heights Shopping Center, too.

We love Seven Hills! They take excellent care of our two cats. They are knowledgable, kind, and careful in their work. They are also super responsive and available with any concerns I have (I'm a bit of a helicopter cat mom). Highly recommend them to care for your fur babies!

We’ve been taking our dog here for the past 2 1/2 years after our family recommended Seven Hills. We take our small rescue dog (Cavapoo) here for both annual/bi-annual checks up as well as for vaccinations and once for an ear infection. We appreciate the professionalism, care, and expertise of the Vet Technicians as well as the Vet. They always take their time with us and patiently listen to our concerns regarding diet, exercise, and behavior. We feel we’re leaving our dog in good hands, and we would gladly recommend Seven Hills to friends and family.

I have been coming here since the day the opened. In fact, my cat was there first patient--as he was seen before they opened because they were kind enough to see him as he was sick. I have had nothing but good experiences here. We have brought 6 cats and 2 dogs here--and everything has always been awesome. I cannot recommend this place enough. We have been here through Cancer, dementia, Euthanasia, Puppy Wellness, kitty Wellness, Cat check ups, Dog care, teeth cleanings, etc... I think we've ran the Gamut....and it's the best care ever. I know I can drop my pet off and they will be loved and cared for.

To start, I'd like to say that this clinic provides FANTASTIC vet care. With that being said, the guy that sometimes works the front desk is incredibly rude and condescending. In one instance, I went to pickup a prescription for my parent's dog while I was in town (I live on the east coast). Upon arrival I told him I was there to pickup medication for my parents dog. He looked at me and in an extremely rude tone said "don't you mean YOUR dog too?" I said no she's not my dog, she is my parents' dog. He continued to argue with me and go back and forth about this, which was absolutely wild to me. There was no reason for this. Especially since he knows my family and knows MY dog, as I used to bring him in when he was just a wee pup. I work in vet med myself, and have never once treated a client in the manner that he has continuously treated me. I'm very soft spoken and shy, so I believe he saw me as an easy target to bully. I left that day crying. I'd like to end by saying the vets and most of the techs (I say most because I believe this gentleman is a tech that covers the desk when needed) are fantastic and I would trust my dog's life with most of the staff at seven hills.

I love the vets and technicians there! They're always kind and take care of your pet with love. Other vets I've been to barely look at my dog, but not at Seven Hills. I would love make it my go-to vet, but we live too far away. Nonetheless, whenever we get a chance, we go there!

Seven Hills is the best vet clinic in the city. The front desk staff, the techs, & of course the vets are all great. They’re totally on top of communication & follow up, and the care is excellent. I feel really lucky to have found Seven Hills & to be able to trust them with the care of my beloved pets.

Best vet experience I’ve ever had and continue to have. It is a pleasure to have these people care for my dog. They don’t price gouge and genuinely care for the well-being of your pet. Dr Tompkins performed a minor surgery on my pup this week and the entire experience could not have been better. He gave me extremely clear, detailed and helpful updates and at-home care instructions. You can tell he really loves what he does and just wants what’s best for the animals. Thank you so much!
