    This place is great. I don't know why anyone would leave a negative review. The doctors are great, they care and listen. After your appointment your prescription is sent right to the pharmacy. If you have any questions the staff will text you or email you back promptly. This is a great place for us who don't have health insurance.

    Do not believe these reviews. Their website gives you dates/times to schedule an appointment. Then they give you an absolutely different date and time. Contact them and they'll read a script "thank you, we have informed our scheduling team and they will contact you." Never happens. Repeat contacting them and they will have the same response and never contact you. This was a huge mistake and a joke. Thank goodness my bank has fraud protection. BTW - Take a look at their Better Business Bureau reviews before paying anything.

    They are highly professional and I would recommend them to every and anyone who is in need of Therapy. (UPDATE 10-23-23) as of yesterday I was informed of the revamping the company is currently undergoing due to new leadership. My medication was abruptly cut by 1/3 and moving forward I was told there will be a continuation down to less than 25% of my usual intake. Why? Is it because the company is personally prioritizing my health and needs? NO . It seems the higher ups feel they want to implement blanket regulations across-the-board as if we were all just numbers. And guess what? We have no say in it, and if we do speak up, we run the risk of retaliation. Not to mention the fact that over 95% of the time they can’t keep up with their scheduling, leading to sometimes it nearly taking upwards of 40 days or more to see my provider. This company was on track to being at the top but now I can see a clear path to the bottom and patients such as myself seeking treatment elsewhere. I have been a patient for a bout a year, so I’m not speaking from an acute perspective. This is something that has been ongoing, and has just gotten worse which has forced me to come out publicly and be honest with the people which is what they deserve. Any retaliation will be documented.

    I was very skeptic at first. Spending that much money to meet with a Dr online to get a prescription. But to my supervisor the Dr was wonderful and there were lots of issues getting a pharmacy to fill my teemed script but the office staff went above and beyond to help and get me the medicine I needed. I am very appreciate to all there help. I highly recommend this company.

    I highly recommend EzCare. My doctor, Robin Snead was extremely compassionate, a truly phenomenal doctor, and she prescribed me medicine that is already doing wonders for my anxiety. I am beyond grateful to have found a clinic that i can easily fit into my busy life! I will be coming back every month 😊

    EZCare is a great company. Their service is outstanding ! They always follow up on reminders, letting you know when the next prescriptions are due.     EzCare Medical Clinic is such a life saver! The staff is VERY kind and you will get such great service! You can be in contact with your doctor just about any day or time in case you need advice or help with anything related to your treatment or a medication adjustment. EzCare absolutely takes wonderful care of their patients and will help you to be the best version of yourself! Thank you EzCare!!

    Scheduled an appointment for an ESA letter with them Aug 21. I was originally scheduled for 9:30AM central time, which was an available appointment. They told me the day of that it was rescheduled for 10:30AM central time instead. I waited... and waited... an hour later, I called them and said I have yet to receive a phone call for my appointment. They told me to wait and that the doctors are working from home so something mightve came up. I didn't get a call for HOURS, and then finally that afternoon someone reached out and said my physician had an emergency and the appointment is rescheduled for Monday. Monday comes around, I get a phone call from someone who is not a doctor. I get my ESA letter signed by someone who was not the original physician I was scheduled with, nor were they the person I talked to on the phone. I sent the ESA letter to my apartment complex, got denied. EZ Care told me I can't get a refund until they reach out to the apartment complex, but the complex had already contacted EZ Care so I'm not exactly sure what more they can possibly do. It's been days, no response and no refund to be seen. They use this ESA letter stuff for an extra buck. It's a scam.

    Bad customer service. This company does not value your time and makes no effort to fix their own mistakes. Prior to your appointment, they ask you to list your three (3) preferred pharmacies on a form which states they will “immediately” send your prescription to your second or third choice if you have any issues. Well, after my May 1 appointment, it took at least 24 hours to send the prescription - and then it was sent to a pharmacy I didn’t list at all. This despite the fact that I’ve had two recent appointments with the same doctor, with the same prescription being sent to my “first choice” pharmacy both times without issue. I’ve contacted the company repeatedly for a simple resolution: to have my prescription sent to the pharmacy I asked them to send it to in the first place. I do not believe there is any reason this request should take a full business day (and certainly not five business days) to accommodate. This is not the first customer service issue I’ve had with this company. At this point, I am no longer willing to spend a week or more being told to “be patient” or outright ignored in the hopes that someone will actually fix the problem. It seems clear that leaving a negative review has the best chance of getting this company to actually notice and potentially address your problem. I would be a lot more patient and understanding if not for the exorbitant $175 charge for this poor customer service. All I want is my prescription sent to the correct pharmacy. They have all the information they need to do that without me emailing the helpline yet again. I hope this gets done.

    I’ve been using EzCare for the past couple of months and it’s honestly been going really really well. I got my meds a lot faster than when i kept trying through my normal providers since there wasn’t always a huge gap between appointments and there was way better availability. I ended up needing to have my initial med prescription changed due to it being unavailable at all of my pharmacies. I was able to get it changed and resolve the whole thing within a day. Overall it’s personally been great for me.

    Overall gracious and easy to work with; however, constant problems with pharmacy communications. My pharmacy won’t fill their prescription unless they call the pharmacy to confirm. I’ve been without my medication for several days on two occasions over the last 6 months as they are extremely slow to respond; and, as of my most current prescription (3/15/23), completely non-responsive. Not happy about this.

    I was a little apprehensive but I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was a prepared for my appointment, had already located a pharmacy that had my medication in stock and the whole procedure was seamless. The downside is that it is very expensive compared to my primary care physician, who I only have to see every three months as opposed to monthly. But I will use this service when the convenience is worth the price,. Sometimes convenience really is worth it.

    The process to make an appointment and remit payment online was easy. Jeanette was especially helpful and efficient whenever I had the chance to speak with her over the phone. I didn't know what to expect for my first appointment with Dr. Daniels, but she was very professional, non-judgmental, and therapeutic during our session. I received my ESA letter after and presented it to my landlord. I highly recommend this place and I would be back for future sessions.

    I made an appointment two days ago for today (12/02). I spoke to Dr. Jessica Rowe, and the call was only 5 minutes. She asked me about what symptoms I have and why my pet helps relieve this symptoms. In less than an hour, I received the letter on my gmail, with her license, name and information about me and my pet. It was a quick and easy process. It was really worth the money, and they don’t scam you! I recommend this place. Still yet to message my landlord but this place is legit.

    Had the best experience at the EZCare clinic. The staff is highly professional and super fast. They made sure all the needs were met. They went through my history with eating disorders carefully and then suggested to me all the ways I could lead a healthy life. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the way they guided and provided me with a healthy diet plan.

    I've had nothing but great experiences with this clinic. My psychiatrist is extremely nice, he listens, and my prescription is always filled in a timely manner. Customer support is very helpful, I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get help for their anxiety, depression, or anything else. Don't be afraid to reach out!!

    I waited patiently for and hour and a half the first time, 27 minutes the second. I hope the third time is a charm. 🤞 I rated three, because perhaps they're busy with those that have more problems than I do. I paid my $195 just like everyone else, but I wait patiently. I wish you all well. I came in to edit my ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, for Dr. Reichmann was fair, sympathetic, professional, and just an all around nice guy. He helped me, and I appreciate it. Now, I'm patiently waiting for my prescription to come in, and I can go about living my best life. I wish you all well, just be patient.

    Already disappointed!!! I only went this route because I have no insurance and online says you get an appointment with in 24 hours. After I have already paid I get a call that the first appointment available isn’t for 13 more days at 5:30 in the morning!!!!!!!!! I have always struggled with depression and anxiety but I lost my son tragically 7 months ago and have been suffering ever since!!! I do not sleep. I hardly eat. Can’t be in public places. Do NOT schedule an appointment thinking it will be in the next day or so. Then to get a refund is another whole process if you decide not to take the appointment 2 weeks out!! Taking advantage of people who are already struggling mentally!!! FALSE advertisement!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I’ve had an amazing experience thus far. Transparent pricing for care, easy to use website, great appointment availability and great customer service. My Dr is great about checking to see if I have any questions or concerns regarding my treatment. On one occasion, the pharmacy was out of stock for my prescription and within minutes, the team at EZCare was able to get it sent to another pharmacy in my area that had it in stock.

    My husband has been without medication for 3 days due to the fact that the doctor called in the incorrect script and after many phone calls and messages they have yet to be able to get in touch with the doctor to correct it. This is CRAZY!!!! These aren’t medications that people can just stop taking!!!!! Absolutely crazy! Just need one call to the pharmacy to change med to generic version so we can pick it up.

    At first I was hesitant because a lot of these ESA companies are scams. It didnt help that there was an error in scheduling and the Doctor missed the appointment I thought I had. I called to cancel and I talked to Eddie one of the managers. He completely made up for the miscommunication by finding me a Doctor who could speak to me immediately. He also gave me an additional discount to make up for the mistake. I felt more than taken care of after that and much more comfortable going through with the scheduled appointment. The Doctor I talked to was very caring and compassionate and I even received my letter the same day. Couldn't have felt better about the whole experience. Thank you Eddie for the great customer service, I would definitely reccomend Ez Care Clinic!!!!

    The service was seamless and went great. Dr. Snead was excellent. She asked the necessary questions and offered sufficient inquiry to make the appointment a comfortable but also productive experience. She treated me with respect and honesty and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to speak with her. Highly recommend her and this service for assistance with your mental health needs.     EzCare medical clinic has been amazing on all levels. I have had no issues with getting my medication and the provider was able to get me a prior authorization taken care of same day so that there was no issues with insurance. I highly recommend for anyone especially if you do not have insurance but need your medical issues handled. They are fairly priced and they have great communication with making sure you are taken care of.

    The staff is super helpful and friendly. Getting on for an appointment is rather quick instead of waiting a few weeks. My psychiatrist is amazing and everyone is so super helpful and nice. I am so happy I found a new place that is on top of their game and giving the best customer service to ensure their patients are taken care of. As a new mom struggling with postpartum I couldn’t be anymore grateful.

    I love how easy it is to get an appointment. I have always gotten an appointment at a convenient time for my schedule. The staff is very communicative and prompt in responding. Even when I had an issue with my pharmacy, they resolved it very quickly. I felt the doctor really listened to me and made helpful suggestions for my course of treatment. I’ve been using this clinic for over a year and have nothing but positive things to say.

    It was super quick to get into seeing a doctor which helps stop delaying the healing process. The doctor I spoke to was kind and seemed like she cared and did not try to rush through it. I was able to get the medications I needed and was on previously because that has been a huge issue finding a doctor who can prescribe the medication I need. All in all it went great and will keep going!!

    The doctor I saw was super nice and understanding of my situation. She provided much needed insight and I can't say enough good things about my overall experience. Making the appointment was easy, the video call was easy, the Dr was excellent. She even followed up with me with further recommendations and advice. I would happily recommend this clinic. It's a big two thumbs up from me.

    I had an initial virtual visit/consult about 3 months ago with a doctor in my state that works for/with this service/clinic. It’s a little different than going to an in-person visit, as all of the admin type stuff is handled by the company. So all your payment issues, appointment setting, prescription issues etc are handled by phone or text by CSRs vs the doctor. But I haven’t had any issues. So far I’ve had the initial visit & 2 monthly follow-up appointments with the same doctor. He was very pleasant. It’s expensive, but when you think about the cost of searching for a doctor, commuting to a nearby city every single month, taking off work etc, it’s not too bad. It is definitely very convenient to be able to have your appointment on your day off, at home. They send your prescription(s) immediately to the pharmacy of your choice. My insurance does cover my medication. All in all, I am satisfied.

    I had a great experience here! I wanted to register my dog as my emotional service animal but I was hesitant of a scam, then I found EzCare Medical Clinic. I also loved that I was able to have an appointment via FaceTime with Dr. Stacie Daniels, she asked me various questions about how my dog helps me, as well as my medical conditions, she was polite and professional the whole duration of my appointment even though allergies causing discomfort for both of us! I received the letter the next morning via email with my name and my dogs name and information as well explaining that i need her in my residence as well as in the cabin with me while traveling. The letter also has the M.D. signature as well as contact information, which makes me feel more at ease if I should encounter any problems. Also great customer service team, so polite and friendly!

    Edit- After 1 hour on hold I finally was able to speak to someone that could not only not reschedule but also could not transfer me to anyone that could help. She said everyone has to just get a call back when it’s convenient for them 24-48 hours. My husband was also on hold for 55 mins before finally giving up before I called. I called to get someone on the line before adding him to the call. He cannot sit around on the phone waiting for these clowns to answer. Also- I’ve already tried to call the number provided on this review and have not gotten anywhere there either. Horrific! My husbands appointment has been rescheduled not once, not twice, not even three times! Each time it’s another week wait! Absolutely ridiculous! When you call you’re on hold for 30+ mins. Cherry on top is we’ve been charged for every appointment he hasn’t had. Good luck getting any sort of help.

    My experience could not have gone any better. I was VERY nervous about using this company. I read some bad reviews, but also many good ones. I spent DAYS nervously reading reviews on various sites and even forums, and ultimately I decided to give them a chance and hoped I would have a good experience. And I am so glad that I did! I was seen by Dr. Linda May and she was very kind and understanding. We had a connection issue on the video call but she got back on as soon as she could and apologized. She listened to me intently as I explained my situation and feelings. She explained the medications she would be prescribing me and I was able to pick them up at the pharmacy the same day. I had so much anxiety going into the appointment, worrying about what it would be like or if I’d feel judged or not get any help, but everything turned out perfect for me. Yes, it was a bit expensive. But it was worth it for me, personally. If you are struggling and for whatever reason unable to get in with a Doctor in person, this company is worth giving a shot. I am so thankful this option was available to me!

    I wish I could give this place more stars. They're the most professional faculty period. I've had nothing but great experiences and I would recommend them to anyone struggling with mental health. They saved my life when I was in bed with a feeling of paranoia all the time. These guys know what they're doing and you won't regret it I promise you. I will continue being a patient as long as I live, yes they're that good.
