Bad
customer
service.
This
company
does
not
value
your
time
and
makes
no
effort
to
fix
their
own
mistakes.
Prior
to
your
appointment,
they
ask
you
to
list
your
three
(3)
preferred
pharmacies
on
a
form
which
states
they
will
“immediately”
send
your
prescription
to
your
second
or
third
choice
if
you
have
any
issues.
Well,
after
my
May
1
appointment,
it
took
at
least
24
hours
to
send
the
prescription
-
and
then
it
was
sent
to
a
pharmacy
I
didn’t
list
at
all.
This
despite
the
fact
that
I’ve
had
two
recent
appointments
with
the
same
doctor,
with
the
same
prescription
being
sent
to
my
“first
choice”
pharmacy
both
times
without
issue.
I’ve
contacted
the
company
repeatedly
for
a
simple
resolution:
to
have
my
prescription
sent
to
the
pharmacy
I
asked
them
to
send
it
to
in
the
first
place.
I
do
not
believe
there
is
any
reason
this
request
should
take
a
full
business
day
(and
certainly
not
five
business
days)
to
accommodate.
This
is
not
the
first
customer
service
issue
I’ve
had
with
this
company.
At
this
point,
I
am
no
longer
willing
to
spend
a
week
or
more
being
told
to
“be
patient”
or
outright
ignored
in
the
hopes
that
someone
will
actually
fix
the
problem.
It
seems
clear
that
leaving
a
negative
review
has
the
best
chance
of
getting
this
company
to
actually
notice
and
potentially
address
your
problem.
I
would
be
a
lot
more
patient
and
understanding
if
not
for
the
exorbitant
$175
charge
for
this
poor
customer
service.
All
I
want
is
my
prescription
sent
to
the
correct
pharmacy.
They
have
all
the
information
they
need
to
do
that
without
me
emailing
the
helpline
yet
again.
I
hope
this
gets
done.
