Beware of fraudulent dishonest medical practices by the team here, specifically involving Dr. Jimmy Le and stonewalling from the billing team that will drag out your case, resulting in your bill being threatened to be sent to the collections agency (and damaging your credit score). The doctor barely spoke with me, didn't ask me any questions, and just sent me off to provide samples for some tests I requested yet he coded my visit as diagnostic to get more money out of me. I wasn't experiencing any symptoms and he barely talked to me, the only way he can claim it was diagnostic was by making up lies to upcharge me. I've had the same exact tests run before with the same lab and insurance and was not charged as much. When I challenged this, their billing team was extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. It's impossible to speak to any live person. No one asked me what actually happened in my visit and continued to support more of Dr. Jimmy Le's lies. They dragged out their "investigation" for months to the point where my bill was threatened to be sent to collections (despite being told my bill was on hold while they investigated). This place is a complete scam, no integrity at all. I'm shocked at how blatantly fraudulent they're allowed to be

Used to love it, now impossible to get an appointment. I need to do my annual visit and they have nothing available until October 31st. I chose this location, because it is by my place of work. Was great until Covid...now all their locations seem to be short staffed, can't get appointments and it takes forever to get someone on the phone. The email I sent a week ago has still not been answered.

The people that work here are kind, empathetic, and efficient.

A safe haven from the craziness of Market St

I called on 2/1/2023 at 2:34pm for a surgical clearance order. Unfortunately, I am not a member to have it done here, because my request is time sensitive and they are not able to find which provider is available at this point. I want to give 5 starts to the lady who answered my call. She's no nice, helpful, patient and caring. She gave me the best advice for my request, and taught me how to apply for the membership at One Medical website. She also cared about if the membership cost is a problem for me and tried to help me. Even though I might go to my insurer this time, I will come back in the future if I need. The reception lady is the front line. I believe this is a place you can trust. Thank you.
