It is amazing now that is re-opened. It has tons of slides though my only recommendation for the kids slides is they need to put more water because you get stuck midway. But the big slides are awesome. The park is very clean tons of security. Parking is very accessible and comfortable. On a sunny day is perfect. They have lockers but you have to pay extra you can just leave your stuff in the table and its perfectly safe. The life guards are very friendly and help you on the attractions.

Was a total disappointment. I looked it up on the website hours & prices. And when I took my children there an almost 2 hour drive the park was closed! Business owners/franchises , etc Please update the websites not only did I waste time/gas i had upset,disappointed children. Which hurt my feelings more than the almost 2 hour drive and gas money spent for no reason👎

July 24,2022 visit. Not worth the money if you have a big family. Lots of attractions closed. There was not enough lifeguards on each slide or pool to manage the crowds. The kids section had 2 lifeguards for hundreds of people. The rule of not bringing food applies to everything and then they have NO variety for food. My toddler was screaming for milk, (that I was not allowed to bring in or go out of the park to get). You are not allowed to go out the park for anything, $7 for a hot dog and fries, $10 for a burger that was inedible. All that after doing the food line for 1 hour because they only have 1 cafeteria. The place has no shelters, a couple sun shades, no real place to wait out the rain, (this is Puerto Rico it will rain at some point during the day). Overall, I will never come back. If you want people to eat inside I get it but its beyond unreasonable when you only have 5/6 items on the menu and no kids menu. This place needs better management.

For $25 x adult $22 x child, I had a great time with the family. Is not a huge park, but I still believe the price is just right; any water park in the mainland would be over $45. I don't mind at all the fact that they don't allow outside food because, that's my experience on the main land. The whole park was clean; I mean, they had employees posted @ the restrooms, who would continuously, clean the area. I would definitely go again.

It is a nice park. Enough attractions to keep you entertain you all day long. But to last all day they need to desperately fix the eating options. You are not allowed to bring food and the only place to eat only offers hamburger, fries, chiken nuggets, hot dog, beer and sodas after a line that took us one hour. After ordering I had to wait another 45 minutes. The nuggets were ok but the burger was a total failure. Hard bun, cold 4 oz meat. How could you last all day with that meal option and the waiting time? Also, particularly the line for the surfing wave, has no organization at all. After waiting 2 hours I just decided to quit. It will be nice to have more shade areas. The wave pool, lazy river, kids area and toboggan were very nice. Please fix these poorly managed areas I point in order to really be a satisfying stay.

It was an awesome time! The place is clean. All the rides except rock climbing were opened: the surfing ride, waves pool, shooting carts, rio loco, adults slides, children's slides that adults enjoyed it equally, and other rides for children. The water was warm in some areas cool in others. Bathrooms clean. Security guards everywhere. Friendly employees. Lifeguards in every post. Not too crowded. You can bring inside one bottle of water per person. Water is $2 inside. Food is a little expensive but is was good. For a big family pizza will be the best choice. There is no shadow, just get under a tree if available. Renting a tent is $100. The sun it's a killer so wear long sleeves if possible. Sunblock is a must. It's a very relaxing place, especially at night time. It will be open until the fall. Children to 12 in age pay $22, adults $25 plus tax. You can buy online or in person with cash, ATH Movil, Credit cards. Just enjoy it!

Lots to do here for the entire family. You will not get bored as there is enough fun to keep you occupied for the entire day. It's a really awesome adventure for the entire family.

If you where a small group of less than 3 it might be good but not great. For families larger than 3 is a waste of money. The food portion is small for the cost value, and the atractions where fun enough to try 3 times if not less. From my experience this water park is a total waste for the cost value.

Fun time for the whole family from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. Bathrooms available. Food is ok but kind of pricey. They have volleyball courts for those wanting to have a full beach experience in sand. The water slides are awesome. Good music (genres) is played all the time. Handicap ramps and bathrooms. Service was really good. Safeguards follow protocols and are attentive to the people's safety.

Surf n' Fun Water Park was truly amazing. The service we received was outstanding, and the children had a blast. It wasn't crowded, so I highly recommend visiting on a weekday. The food was delicious, and I must applaud the young man in charge of the surf area; he was excellent with the kids, displaying such dedication and enthusiasm, which is becoming increasingly rare to find in young individuals these days.

Small but very fun water park... tourist friendly but full of locals. Extremely clean, and VERY safe... security everywhere... compared to similar small water parks back home in south Florida, this one is bigger, safer and cheaper. Big movie theater across the street for afterwards. My kids aged 6 and 10, and their 14 year old cousin had a blast.

Great experience and my kids love it! You have the opportunity to surf using a simulator unfortunately the line was too long and we never got to experience it. However a great clean average size park.

The facilities are great, but the service is terrible. We bought our tickets online and still had to wait in line for an hour (in direct sunlight) to get our wristbands. You are not allowed to bring in any food/snacks, but the line to buy food is also about an hour long. We finally entered the park around 11am (on a weekday) and left at 1:30 because the lines to go on the attractions and to simply buy food were ridiculous.

Great water park. One of the nicest water parks in Puerto Rico's West Coast. The place closes at 6 on weekdays, however they start shutting the water down at 5pm. Still worth the money though.

Good place for kids. Half price after 2pm. Security is tight and they check everything prior to entering park. Lockers available.

Some attractions were closed during our last visit and some areas of the park show signs that they need repair such as the exterior showers. It's got a nice variety of attractions for the whole family, the lifeguards/staff need to pay a bit more attention for overweight folk to not go on the larger slides as the sign with these specifications isn't too obvious and they won't stop you if you go through. Aside this very clean, courteous and friendly staff. Food pricing as expected is high being you can't bring anything else in.

We had a great time all attractions were open, the food selection is limited, but tasty prices are decent as well. The parking is good and free chair accessibility everywhere in the park.
