Really nice place to eat food. Plenty of parking. I ordered cake roll with cinnamon, soft drinks and papa pollo/,potatoes chicken . Enjoyed the food. But,They need to rethink of serving cake roll on paper.

I was surprised that while there was no power this place was running a full kitchen and staff. With that said this place gets very busy but they seem to get your food ordered quickly and the wait is not bad. Great breakfast or sandwich restaurant.

Great food. Being handicapped I needed help and a kind person held the door for me bei g able to enter. They do not have at least 1 door that is suitable for handicap people to have ease of access in or, out. Also, the cashier who attends to customers did not follow my order request for food to go. All was served on a tray when I specifically requested 1 meal to eat inside and another meal to bag it to go. Had to ask for bag at table. One very assertive young lady who became aware of my handicap offered to take my tray to my table. The table was clean and had great access for my wheel-walker. I disliked the pile of stacked chairs in the establishment. The place was very clean. The Manager was attentive and helpful when I called him, his employees where quite busy helping others. Love their fries.

Cold fries Sandwich , veggy Barbecue soaked in ketchup no other taste but ketchup Bug minus they charge 1$ extra for veggy chicken. Small print of course. It was for sure not worth 13.79$ for a breakfast

One of my favorite places to eat when visiting Puerto Rico. They are located all over the island. The one I visited was in San German. I highly recommend the avena con canela--it's delish.

Food's good, service & line can be a bit sluggish, but not too much, depends on the hour of the day, love the spicy pepper steak sandwich & the muffins, fries are good, drink's a good size as well, they should probably toast their sandwiches a bit hotter in my opinion, wish there were more spicy options available.

We ordered 16 mesotrones, $400 worth of food from this shop. I went in personally at lunch to place the order for pickup that evening. When we returned at our pick up time, they hadn’t even started on the order. It took them over an hour to prepare our order. They did not offer any discount, reparations, or even an apology. The manager acted like it was my fault and didn’t even believe I’d placed an order til I showed her my receipt. 0/10 for customer service.

Loved this place. Great selections of food, sandwiches for everyone including vegetarian. The best dessert are “The Quesitos” made of cheese. Delicious!

Somehow they have lost their touch in making delicious sandwiches...Roast beef tastse like old cow....fries are too dark and bargain discounts are unheard of....

It's more adequate for an older audience, but the food is great. By far the healthiest fast food chain you'll find. Service could be a bit better though (not speed, I mean actually caring for the customer).

4 1/2 *****. Large menu of excellent variety. I enjoyed the "bistec boricua", marinated the way I like it. The place is neat and clean. Crowded and busy, so it's Ok if you don't mind waiting.

Decent sandwiches, menu presentation could use some work to help clarify somethings but other than that an enjoyable experience food is above average for a fast food type hoagie spot.

Great place to grab something to eat. Their menu include many items besides sandwiches, starting with breakfast. One of my favorite and simple items is "harina de maiz" which they make very well.

The food is very filling and flavorful, especially for the price. There are a lot of options available for different types of sandwiches and wraps, amongst other things. The staff are very friendly and everything is done in an efficient manner. It’s also very clean on the inside and COVID-19 precautions are seriously observed. Highly recommend the visit.

It was great awesome lunch. Pastrami sandwich and grilled chicken was great. My mother in law said it was great remembering pastrami from Connecticut.

Great customer service but the sandwiches are average. The coffee is awesome. Wish they made it in a large size.

The sandwiches are delicious, made are the momen, the " sorullitos" are delicious too. The pumpkin soup with parmesan cheese is very good. The cuban sandwich and the turkey meson special are two of my favorites.

I LOVE any Meson Sandwiches! Meso Bistro sándwich, coffee and hashbrowns are delicious! Also bought pigeon pea stew for a family member in hospital. ♡

Dropping from 5 to 3 stars due to inconsistency. Soggy toast most of the time along with barely toasted sandwiches. It used to be an awesome place, now it's ok most of the time

One of the bests, full of employees and do not take that much to serve you. I'm always having chai lattes and they make a great one. Very clean as well. Lost my wallet here and they secured it until I went back to get it. Great place to use your laptop after the hurricane.
