Staff not attentive to orders, always check your order

Service is SUPER SLOW!!!!😟 (There were 11 people there at a given time ) Apple juice is nauseating sweet, even for a sweet tooth like me. Facilities are clean, cashier was nice and apologetic. It's not a matter of manpower, it's a matter of systems and protocols. Please fix the problem or you will lose customers to other franchise brands.

What can I say 9 out of 10 times they give me my order wrong. I know its Fast food but 20$ average for 3 people atleast i expect to the order in separarte bags. Not my first or second choice, Just go to please others. I do like the salads there.

Way too slow and had to return twice just for them to get the order right and they didn't give straws, napkins or utensils.. they expected ust to eat breakfast deluxe with our bare hands I guess. .. and the wait time in drive thru is horrible.. also had to wait over 10 minutes til the brought my food and it was wrong too🤦🏻‍♂️

We stopped in on the way to San Juan, I was looking forward to a good quarter pounder, but it was just average. Not bad, but not how they used to be. Not as many toppings as they used to have.

I just got a Big mack at this location and they gave me a piece of meat whit lettuce, no onion,no tomatoes, no pickles, no napkins, no straw, just a piece of meat and lettuce NEVER AGAIN I WILL VISIT THIS PLACE

Went in there to get a cup of coffee,had to argue with the window attendant for three packages of sugar,to say the least the shut the window and a disabled veteran i had to go inside and beg the manager for the remainder of the sugar package need not say more

Always real nasty clients is most better used the drivers window the quality of the food is great and service

Cashier at window was not friendly. People should not get jobs with the public if they are not people friendly

Food was cool at the time of service. Bathroom out of service, ice cream machine not working several times I have visited.

Ice cream machine never works in this place. Not to mention the long lines in the drive through, as a customer you patiently wait, but when is their time to wait, since you finally are able to see the menu then, they want to rush you, even after you tell them you need a moment!! Had the girl asked sarcasticly three times what did I want! Then it went south from there! No customer service what so ever! Lets talk about the drinks! No carbon dioxide in them at all! Will never stop by this McDonald's ever again! Poor experience.

Need to do better. Food not to good. Cold coffee and the ATM was not available. This was in the San Germán restaurant. (In the mall)

Quick and good service overall.

Bad management, they had the associate taking orders retrieving the customer orders as well, making the customer wait lot longer, 1 associate in front and 8 at the back, looks like they don't have cross training.

Pavement around this place is soo bad with a lot of pot holes that sometimes are dangerous

Service was quick and the food I ordered was fresh and savory. The place looked very clean. I will return.
