This place was amazing! We did the combo for two with 3 meats which was $68 before tax. We ordered everything via QR code on the table. Food came out fast and they had a decent selection for the sauce bar. The service was great! The servers were super attentive. We did go on a Thursday night so it wasn’t super busy. The combo was enough food for us where we didn’t need to order more food a la carte. Can’t wait to come back!

I am a 100% hotpot lover. Mumu used to be my favorite hot pot place ! I came for A5 Wagyu and used to costed only $45. Now they raised to $65 for combo. It is still good! The quality of meat is promising!

The food is good, fresh and good portion. It feels good to finish everything but don’t eat too much :) with a small pot, you could always get the hot food. Besides the food, the service here is top-notch! One waiter keeps checking the line to make sure customers could get seats in time. Whenever you need anything, they will be with you immediately and treat you very kindly. I think they just keep paying attention to customers:) It might seems like normal, but within bay area, this is the BEST EVER! Thanks for the hard working!

Perfect spot for a date night!! They specialize in hot pot combos for two. I definitely recommend the Mumu Combo to get a good variety of items. About $70 for two people is quite expensive, but the quality is definitely there! What I ordered: - Kobe Beef Toro, Beef Short Rib, House Ramen, Mushroom Soup Base, Sliced Tilapia Fillet, & Fish Balls with Roe My friend recommended the mushroom broth and it was definitely full of umami! Packed with flavor, slightly salty, but also pleasantly light. Our waiter said the Tom Yum is the most popular!! So also tried some of that broth and it was also flavorful, but pretty sour. I definitely recommend the Kobe Beef Toro and the Beef Short Rib! Very fatty and good quality meat. The marbling says it all! Cut very thin, but thick enough to stay intact while cooking in the broth.

Came here with two friends on a Saturday evening for dinner at 6:30 PM, and surprisingly, there was not a wait at all. Although, the restaurant started getting more full through 7 PM and the rest of our stay. We got the meat lovers combo and a single combo, so it would be enough for three people, but we found that it was a bit too much food for us. That's not a problem, but I think you should consult with your group to see if you all like the same vegetables and meats because we had some toppings left over. When it comes to shabu shabu, I am hesitant about going to places without all you can eat, but the portions here are great. Everyone in our group got different broths. Sukiyaki is sweet. The Tom Yum is tart. I got the buttery spicy, and I thought it would burn a lot more like Szechuan pepper, but it honestly wasn't that bad. However, it was salty and I think that if you can't tolerate spice that well, it may be a bit much for you. The service was great! I also really love that they offer a free sake when you check in on Yelp. It's one offer per person, not per table, which is awesome. I recommend getting the wagyu if you like fatty meats, but if you like less fat, I think the ribeye is a good option. We got a combination of both. I really love that they have a self-serve sauce bar. The chilies are spicy! I tried one of their recommendations on the blackboard, but ended up making some of my own combinations. Overall, at $25-$30 per person, I think it's a bit standard for shabu shabu prices in the area, and I'm always happy when I go here.

We had dinner at Mumu Hotpot recently, and it was a really good experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating even thought we walked in almost at the time of closing. The best thing was of course, the hotpot itself. The selection of items in the menu was impressive, with a variety of fresh vegetables, meats, and seafood to choose from. They also give wagyu with Mumu Combo which is about $68(recommended for 2) at the time of writing this. The broth i got was butter spicy(spiciest). It was rich and flavorful, and there were about 6 types including vegan broth. Everything was fresh, and you could taste the difference in every bite. The dipping sauces station was great with multiple options, allowing me to make my own sauces, and tailor the flavors to my preference. The service was very good, the waiter explained which items were the best and what everyone gets and what gives us the most value. The attentive staff were constantly checking if we needed anything else. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the experience. Only thing i found missing was the ice cream station at the end of the meal like haidilao/happy lamb offers. Whether you’re a hotpot enthusiast or trying it for the first time, I highly recommend this restaurant. I can’t wait to return and enjoy the hotpot again.

We love this place. This was our first visit. The restaurant is very clean. The vegetables and meat are fresh and the soup is awesome. The service is very great. They add the water without our asking. We recommend this place and absolutely will go again.

Unlike other hot pots I’ve been to this place has a combo where you choose soup and 4 choices of meat and they give veggies on the side. Once the food is there you can just focus on eating than thinking about what to order next. What ever food that is ordered makes you feel full. The food tastes good. Ambience is descent. It’s usually busy over the weekends with usual wait time less than 30 mins.

They have some good combo deals and decent meat variety. It comes with your own vegetables and noodles. The price is good for a hot pot set like this relative to other places nearby but the ingredients just didn't taste that fresh to me. But the weakest part is the soup base and I am all about the soup base. There is a sauce bar with some other sides and fruits. You order by scanning a QR code. Garage parking is available but spots are pretty hard to come by.

Quick service even on a Saturday evening, for our party of four. The menu is easy to navigate and we were allowed to mix two of the broths (they're served in individual pots so mixing two flavors is a plus). We ordered the meat lovers combo, which comes with 3 trays of meat, assorted veggies, and your choice of noodles or rice. It was enough for two people, but I was disappointed that we couldn't get unlimited veggies. Some in our party were also disappointed that an extra serving of rice or noodles was an additional $5. Seems steep. The quality of the meat is very good, not frozen, but can tend to be inconsistent. Beef tongue is always my favorite here. The vegetables are fresh but the tray is sparse in comparison to some other hot pots in the area.

Finally tried this place after driving by so many times and saw lines outside the door. Everything appeared very fresh, especially the veggies. Meats were awesome. Often missed and go unnoticed would be the presentation and arrangement of veggies, which appeared to have been especially thought out vs just tossing it in the tray. The important broth did not disappoint, although can be slightly on the less salty side. Service was prompt and expeditious. Can be on the pricey side but quality and freshness were apparent vs other places that may cost less.

This place is one of my go tos. For hotpot the price point is great for the amount of food you receive even in this period of inflation. Two can eat a ton of food for under 100 and it's not terrible quality. The veggie platter is very diverse and the sauce selection is self serve so you can pick and choose the amount you get, which great for someone like me that wants a different flavor profile with each bite. Great place for a catch up with friends or a date! Will keep returning!

Good hot pot restaurant with decent quality food. The restaurant is medium size, so it’s pretty packed during meal time. We waited for 20 minutes and we already came before 6pm. Also, if you come in groups, they won’t allow you in if all of your group members are not present. The meat was in good quality, as well as the vegetables and noodles. The broth was pretty decent, not outstanding but not bad, either. They have fair price combos, too. They have a sauce bar near the entrance. Other people said they also have fruits at the sauce bar, but I didn’t see any when I came.

Nice hot pot restaurant. The soup base is good, unlimited sauce, and condiments. Service is fast, and their portion is good.
