The Lanna herb salad(prawns) was amazing. I wanted to lick the bowl so bad. The roti with spinach was super too. The pad Thai was missing chillies and peanuts in my opinion. French toast with mango was pretty good too. The signature lemongrass drink was excellent, so was The iced latte we ordered. The entire ambience(furniture, the water wheel and trees outside) was so good we ended up staying for hours. Highly recommended.

The Fahtara cafe is part of the Fah Lanna spa and it has a nice selection of teas, coffees, kombucha, smoothies, juices, and desserts (there’s also but I didn’t have any). There are two indoor well-appointed rooms as well as front and back areas, each with its own character to fit one’s mood.

Came with a party of 3 and ordered two coffees and 1 pot of tea. The staff brought out the coffee and we waited 15 minutes but no tea, turns out they forgot it so we had to ask them. No apologies were even provided by the staff which is a bit surprising considering they're a coffee shop attached to a fancy spa so one would assume service is a top priority but I assumed wrong. Food wise - 4 stars. Prawn vermicelli and herb garden tofu was tasty. Tom yum soup can do with more spice. Pad see yew needs more flavour. Seafood spicy spaghetti was just passable, not great. Service wise - 3 stars, staffs are not too smiley in this land of smiles.
