Water park is very nice heaven for the kids if you use the pools and the kids area the price are very good 199 if you want to experience the big ride the price is different , check the web site for more information , price are set equally between foreigners and Thai nationals make feel at least just !😆food and drinks are not allowed in the park but some food ( mainly snacks ) are served inside price are affordable not to many choice , but enough to get energy back from running after the kids , beer also is available and it’s vegan 🌱!!😃😃😃 fantastic day spent with family in chiangmai , highly recommend to come early so you can get the shade ( free of charge) or if you willing to pay there are option too even vip

I saw a Thai family with big bag of foods (chips) get inside. Because I saw them at the ticket booth but non of their foods leave at the entrance. So I think it was okay to bring a little bit of foods. I’m Thai coming here with my foreigner boyfriend. The guard stop us for half bottle of water and want to look into our bags for foods, which I have problem with. We only have that little bit of water. No foods. After I argue with him that I will not let him look into my bag that’s invasion of privacy. Then we went to see the supervisor and I kept looking at the entrance. He doesn’t look into Thai people’s bags. Not all of them at least, just some, when he saw that I was looking at him. The policy only enforce on foreigners and some people? Give me bad taste in my mouth. 400 for the ticket. I want all my money back. Ridiculous.

Not a bad park. Everything is super old though. Maybe another result of Covid-19 closure. Leaks in waterslide, Signs are faded from the sun, waterslides with algae building at the bottom, chairs are old, limited food options etc Staff looked bored and not interactive with people. Mostly on their phones, eating, sitting around. Not really worrying about safety either. Been to other waterparks and the staffs enthusiasm and energy builds towards the feel of fun in the park. Even though park opens at 11am, the big slides don't open till 1pm. Not advertised and a bit disappointing as they were the main attraction for us. Overall, good potential for improvement for a growing city like Chiang Mai but needs massive renovations and some proper care and professionalism from management to then the ground staff.

Terrible place. We went here with family to have fun, paid 1200 baht for entrance tickets. On the way here we bought a pizza for a bite to eat. It turned out that when visiting the water park you can not take your own food and drinks. Ok, I thought, when we were not allowed to bring our own food, they probably have a cafe where we can have a bite to eat. In the end, it is normal when an entrepreneur wants to earn money not only on entrance tickets, but also on related services. After we entered the territory of the water park, we found that there were no free chairs. Imagine there are no seats. At the same time, this is not a stadium where seats for fans are installed on a concrete structure and additional seats are not possible. It's just a water park, with a hundred plastic chairs. And if you don't have enough seats, then what's the problem with buying 100 more plastic chairs? These chairs are sold in Makro for 250 baht, what's the problem with buying them so that visitors are comfortable? You earn more in one day than these chairs cost. Oh yes, I completely forgot about the cafe. I went to a cafe and saw an expensive coffee machine there. What else did I see there? Nothing but three sleepy workers, a few bags of snacks, and two dry and weathered cakes. And, also, two large boxes of instant noodles. Can you imagine it? A coffee shop with nothing but coffee and instant noodles? Incredible. Coffee shop is it about coffee, pastries , cake, warm atmosphere. Where is it? Nothing... When I left the coffee shop, I saw that locals were trampling nearby, buying food! Hooray! — I thought, we won't go hungry! I got closer and saw that the locals were buying instant noodles. Do you understand me? There are 2 shops where you can buy food on the territory of the water park, and in both of them there is nothing but instant noodles! The noodles were so popular that the huge boxes were empty. Why did they ban pizza for us at enrance? For us to eat instant noodles, which in my country only homeless people eat? Unbelievable... When my child was thirsty, we went to the coffee shop, it was 15 minutes before closing. We are already closed! — they said. You close at 6PM, after 15 minutes! — I answer. I was so angry at this moment because this place lacks basic customer service (no chairs, no umbrellas, no food) and they don't want to serve us for work hours, that I think I might attack them. We bought water and left. The face of the saleswoman showed how dissatisfied she was with the fact that she had to work, while she wanted to close before the end of the working day. Terrible place, I will never come back here even though it is 5 minutes from my house. I'd rather go somewhere else, even I have to drive for an hour. Avoid this place if you don't want to be disappointed.

My favourite waterpark in Chiang Mai. Prices are very reasonable. It's in a cool location. Slides are fun, wave pool is fun. Great place for family fun in the sun.

If in USA, 3 stars. Kids 4 and 8 had a good time at the kids area, wave pool and lazy river. The other two ride areas were off-limits to the kids. Felt like a little bit of a work in progress and could seriously use some solar panels to offer some shade and help offset their huge electricity bill. The best idea of the park was a stage at the front of the wave pool, however the music played during the day was too loud. Life jackets were offered for the kids and everything was new and in good working order. Kao Soi was good and reasonably priced. If Wisconsin Dells is your standard, you'll probably be disappointed. Ex-pats can get in for the Thai price by showing a drivers license or work permit.

Had an accident there neatly got flung off the side. Safty and maintenance is very poor. This park is not designed for large forieners. Most of the slides need higher sides. I was lucky and only ended up with burns and cuts.

It is okay but do NOT expect much. Price is 400/450 baht to 800 baht depending on the rides available. If 3 rides, 400/450 baht.250 baht for students. Foods inside are cheap and very good. The environment is nice and calm. You may need to pay 60 baht(!maybe less,i forgot the exact amount!) for locker. It's pretty far from City. Takes 30/40 minutes and 220/230 baht bye Grab Car. Environment around is calm and nice. They have some chairs and bed to rest. Life jackets and tires if you can't swim in the Wave zone.

Dual pricing is just plain unacceptable for expats living here (and tourists me thinks) as this is not a public service as are national parcs. You will never see my family of 4.

We got there at 11:00am, and when we paid there was no mention of the fact that the water slides and wave pool don't start working until 1:00pm. But the slides are good fun. In need of some upkeep and maintenance though.

We like it there but unfortunately the situation of COVID has left everything down yet again... their Maintenance is lacking and the Cabana is not worth it as they have been let go and in poor condition... staff are trying their best to make the most of it and are very friendly and helpful. Hopefully the situation changes soon and all businesses can get back and recover...

Good for children. The sliders are a bit slow. Price is quite expensive for the 3 zones which are more for children than adults. The big pass is too expensive and only few people used it. Prices too high at the coffee shop ! I avoided the place.

It's fun, and only water park around. By American Standards the maitenance wouldn't pass. The grounds aren't kept very nice, paint is missing, and is disrepair. However, I'd say it's pretty normal for Thailand standards and We had a good time. After about 4 hours it's enough as there aren't really that many slides for adults. The kids area is good, and wave pool was pretty meh, as in no waves and super hot water because it wasn't moving. We did have alot of fun, and the adult slides are pretty fast and scary. However I hit my bum pretty hard, inhaled water hydroplanning at stop, and my wife hurt her neck. So beware, nothing to crazy Bring aqua shoes as it's hot and wrap back sunglasses because serious water spraying in your face. They could let people bring in their own food that would help, and a bit of maintenance. could go a long way. But many places still struggling after covid. It's worth a visit at least once.

This local waterpark is all and all a fun day with kids. That said, they should really take better care of the place. The slides are dripping, paths to the slides are not clear and messy and the stairs to the slides are a real safety hazard. Besides that, the whirl pool and slides themselves are great and the place was pretty empty when we were there. Prices are reasonable. The children's complex opens at 11. The extreme slides only open for at 13 199 baht for the children's area only. 399 baht for the whole park. If you go to there Facebook page or find them on line there is a coupon for 10% per coupon Food: It is not allowed to enter with drinks and food. Food and drinks can be bought in the park. You have to rent a bracelet and load it with money (a 50 baht deposit that you get when you return the bracelet + if there is a balance left on the card, it is also returned). There are also lockers for rent (we didn't use them) and there is a small shop selling water shoes, swimsuits, sunglasses, etc. Food and drink prices: Half liter bottles of water - 15 baht. There is a hot dog stand and a popcorn stand (I don't know the prices). A stand like a stage where there are chips (50 baht), schnitzels (55 baht), dishes of rice with pork (around 90 baht). There are also sugary drinks, beer, ice creams and some snacks. There is a ventilated area of a cafe where there are pastries and sweets, pizza (margarita 185 baht, Hawaiian 209 baht), rice with omelette (50 baht). Fruit smoothie 100 baht. There was also rice and an omelette with shrimp, pasta carbonara, wings in chili (I don't remember their prices). The cafe also has ice creams and some snacks.

It's good to play with children for a day at a low cost. I took two 6-8-year-olds and bought a Happy 199 ticket because of their weight, so I haven't used the Extreme Zone. I think the Extreme Zone will be really fun when the kids grow up. It's not crowded, so I think it'll be good to use various facilities. The food at the restaurant was delicious and clean, so it was good to use.

Great place for family weekend activities. There are three sections as far as i have seen kids area adults pool and extreme areas. The extreme area open at 1pm at least the day that i went not sure about the other day. One of the extreme slider has limited floatie so it can be a wait if that day has many people wang to play that one. Strictly swimming suits required if you do not have one you can buy it on side. There is a free locker with 50thb deposit Very spacious bathroom and clean toilet. Food is average.there are some fried rice chicken wings pizzas french fried ice cream soft drinks and espresso coffee(thank god) Another other snacks

We have 4 kids, ages 8-15 and our family had a great time! We went on a rainy day and there was no wait for any of the rides! The coffee shop has pizza, burgers, fried rice and smoothies! Outside the coffee shop you can get popcorn, nuggets, ice cream and a few other snacks. All reasonably priced. It’s a small park so you don’t get tired walking around and can do all the slides a few times. Wave pool doesn’t work so it’s great for little kids. We stayed about 5 hours and that was perfect.

The school I teach at in Chiang Mai went as a group and we loved it. I thought it was gonna be lame but it was a blast. We all had a ton of fun. The red drop slide is the best. It takes the air right out of your lungs. It was 800 baht and we stayed for about 3 solid hours. Rode everything a few times. The lazy river is chill.

(Translated by Google) Everything is good, clean water, excellent clean floor, even though it has just passed covid 19, everything is good, but the only exception is the product, the price inside is expensive. Suggested to find something to eat before entering, and when entering, he will not let us bring anything into it, not even a single bottle of water. I go when I'm hungry, Mama is successful, it is 35 taps. The water park is nice and good value for money. But only 3 stars because they won't let you bring your of food or drinks (which is fair enough). The problem is the drinks are way overpriced (40THB for a bottle of water), the same goes for the food with the difference that it is really not tasty.

Very close to nature. Had dead frogs in the lazy river. This waterpark has very exciting rides! On one of the rides, my wife and I crashed into a pool filled with unoccupied floats, and my head crashed onto one of the float's hard handle. Still can feel the impact now 🥴 thankfully we went during the promotion period and got in with only 399 baht per pax.

Everyone is advertising for you to go to the Canyon waterpark, but do yourself a favour and GO HERE! It’s an amazingly easy going park, no cues, only super little visitors, entrance is 400 TBHT for the whole park, it’s clean and the slides are amazing. They’re almost irresponsibly fast: just how you like them in a proper Asian waterpark. Just do it and have a great day in a waterpark where you’ll probably be one of the very few non-Thai visitors.

The place is ok for children using only 3 zones. The big pass is too expensive. Drinks and basic food are correct and the prices too. At the coffee shop the prices are too expensive. I personally refuse to pay 70 or 80 bath for an espresso worth 40 bath.

It's open on Sat, Sun. If you love to do exciting things, you should buy a 399 plan. If you buy a 199 plan, you can go only three zones. One is more suitable for children, another is fake beach ⛱️ (you can swim and relax) and the last zone is ride on the small steam. In the 399 plan, you can go everywhere and play everything again and again. We had fun the whole day. Please note that you can't bring any food and drink, even drinking water. You can buy the food at the food counter in the compound.

The water is clean but the kiddie area needs some changes for little kids. The surfaces on the play structures need replaced. They were painful to walk on, and the water coming down is so strong it could knock down a small child but other than that it was a lot of fun and we had a good time. The price is good and the staff was friendly.
