Bad management system. I'm not commenting about the doctors' skill or judgement. But the registrar and management system as a whole is horrible. Example 1 Especially for cases of ongoing treatment when you come to submit additional sample. the hospital instead of accepting the sample and matching it with the existing record, they force you to open a new case number, so called vn. This not only eat up your time having to run to several counters, but also the time of the registrar itself. Even when smart automatic number issuing machine is put in place, it's still long and redundant. Beside, auto system won't always work with Thailand social security system where patients are some times transferred from one hospital to the next. Ex2 you wait an hour or longer for registrar to issue your appointment card for next visit. Mind you this take even longer than medicine issuing time, which clearly point to the problem of their registrar system and mindset of management team who lay it's framework. It's a shame when big budget allocation is allotted to beautiful buildings and fancy tech, but the out come is very poor.

I have no idea with other section, but ER is the worst!! I went there after midnight and they told me I should come earlier or back again in the morning. Anyway, they still did an ultrasound on me but no details. Then I decided to move to another hospital and they said it was already dangerous. Ps. The patients were fewer than the staff, I wondered if they could treat me better? When I had to up from the wheelchair to the bed, nobody helped me, though they saw my painful leg. No more this hospital EVER.

This a very personal report on this hospital - I am here now for 14days - I am not going into details - They surgeon saved my live in two surgeries - after that I spent 5 days on intensive care unit with all the bells and whistles - after that I have a 1 bedroom on 8th floor - the nurses and the doctors both on icu and icd are the most incredible people I can ever imagine - they saved my live and took care of me 24h a day avery day - they never let me wait if I have a question - even the big doctors I can reach out in a few hours - and they have many parients - the Princess Chulabhorn Hospital is the highest recommendation I can give - and when it comes to the cost they charge it is a fraction of what the big private famous hospitals would charge - Thank you very much again and again

Next to the Chulaporm Research Institute there is Chulaporn Hospital where there are excellent Equipment and experts to diagnose and treat thyroid problem with a reasonable cost.

This is one of the best hospital in Thailand, as far as I know. Very high quality health related services provided to the patients. Doctors and all staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The local foods market (in this photo) behind one of the buildings sell high quality foods at budget prices. The only enhancement that will put this place to the highest top range, is to provide some shading or tents for the food market clients to enjoy their meals.

Health inspection department, building 400, with security guards, good service There are good security guards in every building since there was no 400 building yet. The nurse at the x-ray counter provided the worst service ever since I was treated here. Not clearly explained frown There weren't many people. Lately I don't really want to come here, especially regarding treatment. Because it is quite difficult to accept reservations. If you have a headache today, you can reserve an appointment for several months ahead. The ICU still doesn't want to accept patients. The hospital page asked about something and never got an answer, but when I booked an appointment for a health check, I got back to you quickly. The environment is almost good, there are many bathrooms, but there is no place to eat. I was more impressed with this hospital many years ago than I am now. The best service comes from the security guard and housekeeper.

This place thinking only about money,sometime charging different price, even being told by a nurse(man) to charge a high price, even if you don't see a doctor, you have to pay.

Today, Sunday, I brought my younger sister who has advanced stage cancer. Came in an emergency.. Receive service that is as fast as heaven has given us to have a path to walk. And keep fighting.

The cyclotron center, staff and nurses at the hospital provide information. Fast service Speak very nicely. But the staff answered the phone. may be irritated Because there are a lot of people calling 😅

On March 11, 2024, my mother received services and had to be admitted for treatment. The nursing care on the third floor of the 100-bed building was very poor in both speech and service. Upon getting a room on the seventh floor, the nurses provided very poor service and communication. I felt very disappointed and uncomfortable with being treated this way. But the nurses on the eighth floor were attentive and provided excellent care with special attention. Came to receive service on March 11, 2024, and mother had to admit to receive treatment. The nurse on the 3rd floor of the 100 bed building provided very poor service, both in words and in service. When I got a room on the 7th floor, the nurse's service and speech were very poor. Very unimpressed and uncomfortable with being treated like this. But the nurses on the 8th floor take good care of them, provide good service, and pay special attention.

Their service is the best among public hospitals. Staff is super nice. A bit hard to access by public transportation. Now MRT red line opens but the nearest station is still quite far from the hospital.

Everything is perfect; doctors, nurses, staffs, services and the standard of hospital. And it’s much more cheaper than any other hospitals in Bangkok. It’s very much appreciated to their excellent services, trustworthy treatments and accurate results. I wish there’s more than 5 stars rating for this hospital. The hospital room attendant spoke very badly. Forced to keep only a special room When he refused, he sent him to sleep in another hospital, speaking sarcastically. It's like asking for free treatment.

Going to have a blood test to request a surgical certificate, details not clearly stated when calling. Just tell them to walk in. Upon arrival, inspection was not accepted. Please help clarify this matter to the collector. It's such a waste of time.
