Staff window dressing, Busy on phones rather than improving self. Great opportunity to practice English free, but unfortunately like traffic cones scattered in the way.

I just love the staff at homepro and sansai is my favorite, maybe a shortage of customers catalyzes good service.

The service staff at this store is excellent, and there is ample parking available. Overall, it provides an outstanding experience.

Cary less items than the Bangkok branch. Some of product such as bathroom water pipe got rusted within 1st week of installation (with no usage yet). Staff here coordinate delivery of bathroom titles took so many rounds and calls. Parking space is always available and easy to access from highway

Great range of home products, everything from electrical wiring to furniture, gym equipment, white goods, solar lighting etc. Been here many times and have always had outstanding service. If a staff member does not have complete product knowledge of a certain product, they will very quickly find you one that does. The sales people on high value items are also non pushy and every staff member I have spoken to can speak English.

Not just HomePro but also Kitchen Plus, Dunkin' Donuts (love 'em!), coffee shops, etc. including RImping!

Very few sales associates actually know anything about the products they sell. If I ask a question in Thai, they also have the bad habit of giving the answer to my wife. --00-- Update: nothing seems to have changed since my original post - staff everywhere but no eye contact or welcome. Sadly, if an employee does actually greet you, it's odds-on that they probably can't help you.

Excellent shop for homewares. It's massive. Great outdoor supplies too. Usually has a big clearance area outside (normally a winner). One of my favourite shops.

Good but more expensive than online. Nice tools and furniture and lacking in area of cordless technology. Otherwise pretty good if you need something immediately and willing to pay 20% more than online shopping where you have to wait 3 to 7 days or up to 21 days if coming from china. Lots of people here to help but most have little or no technical or DIY knowledge sadly.

This store is terrible!!! I bought a water dispenser and it was broken when it arrived! I contacted a million times and nobody came to solve the problem! It’s such a rip off!!! Can’t believe this kind of unreliable shop exists!

It's like Home Depot kind of. Everything seems very reasonably priced. I only went to buy a Japanese style bidet as I'm not into using the hand cannon that is so typical of Thailand, but I did browse everything from office furniture to power tools. I'm impressed. You should check it out.

The Shop itself is nice and good for buying in Shop take away goods. My personal experience for setting up orders in the shop for later delivery was very bad. What ordered arrived with a bad delivery conditions leaving some of the more delicate items partly damaged. Some were missing. Further contacts with the store is a chaos of different answers, headaches and no satisfying solutions.

I bought a lawn mower which, during its second use, broke it's start cable. It was cut by something inside not by the starting motion. This happened just outside of two weeks since purchase, so I returned it to them asking for repairs. At the desk I was told it would have to be sent to Bangkok for repairs and that would mean a 45 day wait! For a broken pull cable! So I asked for the service manager who was understanding and helpful. A young assistant attacked the task then and there. He said he would call in two or three days, which he did. So I called in to collect my repaired mower, free of charge. I was so pleased I gave them a serve of 12 donuts! When the rain stops I'll try it out. Persevere to get good service. ,"Take care of your customers and you will keep them."
