They crashed me, left me in the hospital, and took all my proof that this happened (gopro). My entire lower leg was lacerated (muscles, tendons and nerves) down to the bone. 20 minutes of flying time is not worth the 3+ months of surgery and recovery I now have to undergo. None of which they took any accountability for. I understand this is an extreme sport, I am most disappointed with their service (or lack thereof) in handling the extreme consequences. I cannot emphasize this enough DON’T FLY HERE!! (edit) this is NOT FOR THE WRONG LOCATION. The photos are where i flew from and this is the correct parent company. I have also left reviews on your other google accounts… Do not lie you guys should not be flying people. This is dangerous.

Literally the worst and most unprofessional company!! Extremely unsafe and the way they handled my friend’s injury was absolutely disgusting. The people running it are unlicensed and did nothing after she crashed into a shop while paragliding. Instead of taking care of their injured customer, they stole her GoPro and refused to pay any medical fees for her surgery or PT (which ended up being thousands of dollars). Absolutely do NOT recommend, if you love your life do NOT go here!!!!

I had a blast! My guide took me through the clouds and we got to to see beautiful views of the lake. Maria, the coordinator was very sweet and helped us schedule a time. She responded quickly and answered all our questions. I would 100% recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Parapente en Panajachel. Maria provided me all of the information that I needed very quickly and very detailed. She made me feel at ease during the booking process. We had a wonderful time paragliding, and she even stayed with my handicapped son to ensure that he was safe during our flight. Outstanding customer service! I would highly recommend them.

Terrible. Arranged to meet at 11 at the location that was on Google, turned out to be the wrong location and they said after 11 that they would be late. Communication in general was terrible. Would constantly read my messages and not reply. Then after the extra 35 minute walk to the new location and waiting for a further 45 minutes, it was too cloudy to fly when the weather was perfect at 11. It's worth paying the extra 100Q to fly with another company. AVOID!
