Our guide was excellent and we loved him but biking in that location is something I would not recommend. It is very hilly, dusty and the roads are so bad that you have to be very careful when going downhill. On top of that you're sharing the road with other vehicles. The other star I knocked off her review is due to her poor communication. Mary stopped communicating with us and refused to answer our What'sApp messages. We were confused on why she was doing this since we had a good relationship with her. Maybe I have too many questions and need info too often from her but she needs to realize that when the transport or guide is over 30 mins late, it is natural for people to worry . Our local guide Luis was amazing and answered so many different questions about the nature around us, helped to keep us all motivated when the hike became difficult and made sure to check in on us regularly! The communication provided by the agency was extremely quick and reliable, answering any little questions we had about the hike before and after! The experience was great overall!
