The hotel has the potential to be good, bu it is just too noisy and they don't pay much attention to the details...but it is very clean I must say. The restaurant has good food, but they just made me wait more than half hour to tell me they weren't going to be able to prepare the dish I ordered because the squids were "too frozen"

Wifi did not work. Water was off in the room had to call front desk they did not believ. Front desk staff were not very helpful. Nice room though.

This time I only dropped by to pick up or drop people off… it’s always nice, people are great and helpful and had a quick cup of coffee.

The service is absolutely 💯. They take your luggage to your room. Also, the staff will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. We asked them to clean the bathroom again, not because it was dirty, just for sanitation purposes because my daughter was feeling slightly ill from her meal in another town, and they cleaned it within us going to dinner and returning to our rooms. The rooms are spacious, and the shower was great! There are no navy showers at this hotel. The hotel is centered around many activities such as the ruins, a circus, and carnival. Areas are clean, and there are gifts, cafes, casinos, and a restaurant in the hotel. I would come back for sure.

This is a three star place at best. We reserved online for a room with city views and were given a windowless hovel. When we got back from dinner, the entire hotel stank as if their septic had gone out. The pool and jacuzzi are ice cold and unusable. The best part, by far, was the wonderful sauna and steam room with very attentive service. It is also close to a few nice bars and restaurants.

The asking price is a bit high considering the weak internet in the rooms and the variable staff. The managers were helpful but initially the front desk did not want to let us take our bikes in. The door bells and the casino employees were very helpful and if we went down to the cafe or the lobby internet was fine. Sunday brunch was a delight, and the even had live marimbas being played! The pool could have used some care but this may simply have been because of the season. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but overall, it was fine just, not worth the asking price.

very much enjoyed my stay! I stayed here for 2 nights and was impressed with the excellent customer service. Room was clean and nice and everyone was very friendly. The restaurant located inside the hotel also had a very good traditional breakfast. If I am ever in the area, I would be happy to stay here again.

Great place to rest. Good customer service, nice food. Good smell. What i would like to suggest is to change for a softer toilet paper at restrooms. Service people very kind and willingness to serve. I definitely will visit this place again.

I think id the best hotel in the area, the staff is really friendly and polite, specially Felipe the bell boy. The facilities are good and have a sauna, gym, bingo, restaurant, bar and pool, although it was dirty on the dates I stayed.

If your just looking for a place to lay your head at night, this place is great. The rooms were clean and I didn't feel 'dirty' sleeping in the sheets.
