Just casually popped in on a Friday with Daniel Kim. After talking to buyers and sellers in the neighborhood we needed a cold drink and food. Great Non-alcoholic options! Great place for your sober buddies. We enjoyed a smash burger!

Went here for the first time recently. Great staff, great selection. It was nice to just kick back and relax in a nice environment. I’ll definitely visit again when I’m in the area.

Awesome ambiance! Been here several times for beers after meeting with my real estate clients. Tried the smash burger today and it was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Highly recommend!

Can't believe it's my first time here! Absolutely loved it! Great Music, relaxing warm shadowy lighting with ceiling fans to give a soft breeze . Most importantly, an excellent variety of beverages. Great fries and never before heard of....FRIED PICKLES! Will definitely return! Loving NELA💛

Great place for infants, great beer & food! We had a meet up with friends and was thankful that us and another couple were able to bring our infants with us. It was a Tuesday evening and we sat outside. Not too loud and plenty of tables. We ended up staying for 3 hours with our babies sleeping on their carriers, while we enjoyed a good selection of beers and food. I had the birria tacos and my husband has the fried chicken sandwich. Both delicious and filling! Can’t wait to be back!

Yuppie gentrified bartenders that ignore you unless you're the right color. I came to this place on the weekend around 4pm. Everything was going great. My friend kept going up to get us drinks, on my card. She was attended quickly. Once I was ready to close my tab I went up to the bar. I was standing waiting for these tall hipster yuppies to attend to me. Cool. I understand other ppl came first and they need to be serviced before me, but when the person that got to the bar before me, after she puts in her order, she gets asked twice if she needed service by another yuppie hipster bartender. It took this lady to point out that I was there waiting to get service. I really felt uneasy and unwanted at this establishment. If you're white I could see how this place would be 5 stars. But for a poc bring your white friends to order for you. So, sad they gentrify our communities than treat us like second class citizens.

Such a fun spot. They only have beer and wine, no cocktails, but it’s very much a hanging spot. It’s the type of place I just want to spend time with one other person sharing a bottle of wine after smoking a joint outside. It’s very chill, never too busy, and very good for people watching.

Fantastic bar with both indoor and outdoor seating, and an amazing beer selection. Came here to have Pliny the Younger which was beyond expectations.

First, of all I saw this bar/brewery from the 182 bus on York and the avenues of Highland Park! I decided on my birthday to take a chance on them? Truthfully, the patio...caught my ATTENTION, HOPE AND DESIRE OF A GOOD TIME! THE INSIDE is very, very clean. The bar is wide and neatly designed for fast service! The beer they serve is ...fantastically fresh and diverse by type and "volume" of alcohol for your, taste and temperament. It! Was my day and! I asked questions about the beers ( 15+) the bartender was well versed, trained and experienced of his , passion of brewing "good" beer! I enjoyed 2 beers and the ambiance of a environment of peace, kindness and enjoyment. A, pleasant time is what they offer and deliver.... AWESOME SERVICE!

The only place you can order an amazing beer, wine and cider and every single one is a banger. One of my favorite LA watering holes. It's chill with good tunes and good people and there's tons of outdoor seating. Not to mention the burgers are on point and only $6-8!

Yeah! Good beer selection, in a nice laid-back atmosphere. And the grub is great, too! (my go-to: vegan dog and a side of crinkle fries). It’s nice inside (chill), but Hermosillo is also wonderful when the weather is nice and you can enjoy the full beer garden and picnic tables. The Hermosillo is a staple of Highland Park.

A nice variety of beers on tap, some good snack bar food, and a nice relaxed outdoor patio! Always a good time. Definitely the place to go if you're looking to chill with a beer and some friends.

One of the best beer bars I have visited in LA. Great atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon.

Love this place, especially now that there’s a back patio. Great beer and really good burgers etc. lots of dogs and lots of kids early, despite about 100 signs indicating the contrary.

OG craft beer pub that put Highland Park, both as a city and a brewery, on the map. Chill vibes, good eats, plenty of taps from all over, and a decent wine list to boot. Did I mention the Thursday evening chess club? Amazing place!

Love this place! Stopped by for the first time today. Great neighborhood vibe, verm nice and welcoming staff. We ordered the tacos and smashburger, and both were excellent! Will definitely be back!

The staff was horrible, first they lied to me about the availability of non-alcoholic drinks and then they refused to help my friend with the restroom stall being locked. He had to literally crawl under the door, it was absurd!!! Would not recommend going here, plenty of other great places around town.

I used to frequent this place a long time ago and don't know why I stopped coming. It's even better now since COVID and they have the back patio. Good food good beer good times to be had

Seemed like a cool place, but service was non-existent. Weren't too many people at the bar yet I was ignored for 30+ minutes waiting for someone, ANYONE, to ask me if I'd like to order a drink or food. Really, really disappointed.

Bar was cool it had a more laid back atmosphere. Bloc party is down the street but last couple of times I've gone the music had been too loud can't have a conversation

Local favorite pub. Good beer and food. Basic wine list. No hard booze ordered mixed drinks. Associated with the Highland park brewery. As was their original home before the moving to China town area on spring st.

The Hermosillo is a great place to go hangout have a Beer or a glass of Wine. Great selection of guest Beer/Wine and of course Highland park brewery being their main Beers on tap. They have a small but very good food menu. Also, the food tastes amazing!. The bartenders are very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. They do have rush hour at times so be patient, they will acknowledge you. Overall a great place to go alone, take a date, go with friends or loved one. Totally recommend checking it out.

Really great bar with delicious beers. The back patio is amazing and they have fried pickles. What more could you ask for!

Best beer bar with the best burger. Heavily features Highland Park Brewery - plenty of options and a great wine selection, too.

Food was soooooo good but you have to order by scanning the bar code. U can not order restaurant style. No visible menus. Had to input my cell number to order. Let's see how many texts I get about vegan chicken.

Great spot....not crowded at least this day. Ventilation is great and know the parking has been converted for outside eating and drinking. As a matter of fact outside is kid friendly since the bar is considered a cantina 21 and over only. Public parking just around the corner.

Live this bar/brewery. Great beers on tap and they have good wine selection as well. Their tacos were delicious and the price was sweet. They have inside and outside seating. Good crowd you can chat with and they are open past 9 pm which I'm learning is a magical thing in LA. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable about the beers on tap. Parking isn't too bad if you're willing to drive around some.

Great outdoor seating and beer and wine options as well a food. Happy they have some plant based eats here like the vegan street dog. The wait is pretty short and everything and everyone is well spaced out. The have standing tables, park bench style tables and more. The service is excellent!

I've been here many times with some friends who live nearby, and this place is great! Drinks: Beer selection is some of the best around! Starts with the Highland Park Brewery beers and includes lots of other local names. Food: Full menu was great, pre-covid. The Brussels are delicious, and they have rolling specials all the time. Current menu is very limited, so check back when the full menu is back. Vibes: Loved it when it was kind of dark and divey inside, pre-covid. Now, they have a pretty awesome outdoor patio that has tons of space. Very different atmosphere between the two, but can't go wrong with either one. Overall, great spot in Highland Park. Definitely worth a stop.

Great wine, cool space and atmosphere. The bar tender was friendly and quickly served us. Great spot for a pre-dinner drink or a causal hang out.

Parking lot seating is the best. I hope it stays like this forever. Their beer is good. Just don't get food and you'll be happy. Pretend they don't even sell food. Grab a slice at the pizza shop on the corner and come back for more beer.
