I can only speak for the restaurant which was great. Good food, great service, and fair if a bit expensive. Keep it up, guys.

This is a really nice place. The value for money is good. It’s placed right next to a motorway so you can’t really walk anywhere without having to walk on the motorway which is dangerous. It’s also a bit noisy because of the cars but if you don’t mind that then it’s a great place to stay!

Hotel its a little outdated ,towels to old ,also bathroom very small.

The hotel was good over all but is located in the highway so you can not walk anywhere. All entrees and exit must be done by car. Staff however was amazing!

nice place, but my room got change to a smaller one, and they where confuse about my online reservation. Also the greeter was very obnoxious.

First time here, excellent location but the hotel seems very old.

Lack of road indicators for hotel. Parking not in good position without easy access walking. Shower a little cold and old hardware and malfunctioning.

Good hotel but the prices of the food are way high perhaps if they were cheaper people would eat there.

Fiesta Inn Cuernavaca was great. The people there make the difference on what kind of stay you have at the end of the day. I really enjoyed my time there!

They have a heated pool and arrange a barbeque by it.

Very disappointed Entrance is from highway only, very confusing to get there. Far from centre Cuernavaca. Rooms are nice and clean..Even though we had to change the room after we realised that the lock is not working. Very noisy which is obvious cause is by the highway. Outside swimming pool is lovely but we weren't able to enjoy it cause of the noise. Jacuzzi with no working jets. Staff just kept promising that it's going to be fixed tomorrow...

Room was excellent, nice king size bed and a comfty sofá, a big desk with a working lamp and the bathroom had what you needed. Pools were very good and the brunch was ok. I'll stay there again the next time for sure.

In general I can say that I enjoyed my stay. It was just next to the highway and a mall, it was really accessible. The only downside to all was the bathtub as there were fungus on the mat. However, I would still recomend it.

Rooms and service is great. The rooms have good space. The Wi-Fi doesn't give any troubles and has a good reach. The food is good and being buffet is always a plus. The only ache would be the location because you can get out or reach of the hotel by foot, but the taxis are cheap and always ready so I do recommend it
