I got "upgraded" to a master suite which was very old, with broken furniture, inside doors not locking, AC system smelling old... almost looked as abandoned. The buffet breakfast was average. Having stayed in other Mision hotels, I consider this one a bad value for money.

Nice place and people, but not as amazing as it may have once been. All said, I would stay here again. Staff is very nice and responsive. Grounds are lush and green. Pool is warm, clean, surrounded by loungers, tables, and umbrellas. The playground is nice for children. Breakfast buffet left much to be desired, we ate all subsequent meals elsewhere. Our room and bathroom were large and spacious. Years of maintenance compromise are showing their signs: ceiling fan no longer spun, one closet did not open, TV was oddly attached to ceiling, front window and screen once slid open but now painted closed, blinds hand been fixed many times but need to be replaced. Premium mediocre.

A very pet friendly hotel. Nice service everywhere. The rooms are big, nice and clean. Just one think, the hotel is not 100% in the city center so you need a Taxi/Uber drive around. But both are very cheap (can. 50pesos)

It seems like they had rough time during the pandemic and now they want to charge you, even every time you breathe.

Beautiful hotel and great service. It’s clean , modern and looks nice. We really enjoyed to stay there. We had room with living room and it was very spacious and nice. Grounds and restaurant look amazing and restaurant has decent prices for dinner.

No A/C and the suite was extra hot, weather outside was cooler, but we're never able to generate a wind current inside because the is a wall blocking the windows. Overall ok

Beautiful and peaceful place. The attention the staff provided was fabulous and personal. The rooms were spacious, very clean. Sadly, even when the staff did an amazing job, the condition of the rooms was somewhat disapointing. The ceiling fan in the room I stayed seemed to be close to falling off so needless to say I had to turn it off and rely only on the AC (which it initially did not work but reported it to reception, waited in a steamy room with no windows for about 20 min. and thankfully all was solved). Also, the mattress of one of the beda needed to be updated; it felt as if it had been used only on one side causing that one side to be lower and deeper than the other half. Very uncomfortable.

First-class hotel with beautifully appointed rooms, huge swimming pool and exquisite gardens. Service is exceptional. Fabulous food and wines in the restaurant that overlooks the garden.

Good hotel....I believe the food is very, very good. It's a good value vs price relationship

Very comfortable and quiet. Great for relax. No WiFi coverage in the room though
