Incredible experience here! I am so grateful for the teachers who took extra time and care to assist me as a 10-year semi-practicing beginner. The course had a pretty strict schedule, so I was fully occupied with class, napping, studying, and wandering the beautiful landscape. Also, I loved stating at the Mae Win guesthouse. As an avid meat eater, I wasn't sure if I could go vegetarian for a few weeks. However, Bee, Nai, and Pear made delicious dishes from scratch and would ensure I had enough protein through beans, tofu, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this course. There are many elements that I'm working to integrate into my daily life (pranayama, mediation, mindful diet). I assure you, you will feel the same. Oh, and to my lovely classmates who are now my brothas and sistas *jersey accent*, when in doubt, the answer is chetanā 😄

I wholeheartedly recommend Yoga Samadhi for anyone seeking a yoga retreat. Having just completed their 200-hour teacher training program, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the team, the attentive care provided, and the profound impact the course has had on me. My experience was flawless, thanks to Hope, who manages operations, and her dedicated team, who worked tirelessly to ensure our enjoyment. The guesthouse is a haven where nature flourishes, and the food, exquisitely prepared by the family owners, is a delight. The courses, led by experienced teachers, are of the highest professional standard. The excursions offer a fun and respectful way to explore the area, such as visiting elephants in a protected sanctuary. The list of positives goes on. While I cherished every moment, it's important to note that the 200-hour program is challenging. It demands dedication and perseverance, with each day comprising over 8 hours of classes, including two yoga sessions, meditation, relaxation, and breathing exercises. This is not a retreat for those expecting a laid-back holiday. However, if you're ready to commit, you'll find the experience transformative. A tip for those visiting in January: bring multiple layers, as it can get quite cold at night, and the days start early!

It has been a wonderful experience for me with unexpected care and love from everyone at Yoga Samaadhi, from the experienced teachers, from lovely friends around the world, from the ladies in the kitchen, and specially from Hope, the organizer. I've had almost everything that I need to complete the TTC 200H. I really felt like home when I was there, food and dessert are made with love, and it's delicious too. I will surely miss everyone at Yoga Samaadhi. Gigi, from Saigon, Vietnam.

This was one of the best experiences of my life; mind-blowing. I wanted for a long time to do a YTT, to discover more about my body and mind and maybe in the future become a teacher. I was really looking forward to do my training in Thailand, but I was really interested in doing it following the indian yogic tradition, so this was the perfect place. I loved the combination of classes, the structure on our schedule, and the kindness of all the team (Hope, the teachers and the Maewin guest house team). A big thanks to Hope for coordinating everything and making every single of our requests possible, to the teachers for being so enthusiastic and kind during our learning process, and to the Maewin team for their kindness, amazing food and being so lovely (we even had the chance to cook with them sometimes!). Thanks again for everything :) Maria Poyato

I'm so glad I chose this school for my Yoga Teacher Training! It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. The group, the structure, the teacher, the focus on different aspects of Yoga (not just Asanas but Philosophy and Anatomy) - I loved all of it. All of the people (Hope, the teachers, the staff) made it feel like a second home. Would always recommend this place! The only thing was, that the rain season extended so we had a mould issue in the rooms...

My experience here was full of every possible human feeling. First of all, I felt very welcome from the very first day I arrived from not only the teachers and the rest of the group, but especially from the Thai family that was living and working there. Every single one of them is capable of so much kindness, understanding and happiness. They all have imprinted lots of love in my heart. Second, the experience of living and breathing yoga every single day was quite extraordinary. Although it was mentally, spiritually and physically challenging and quite exhausting, everything was totally worth it. I had lots of fun studying and learning new things every single day. Personally I loved the philosophy classes because there was so much active and flexible use of our brain, that nowadays it’s not so common to find, and it was very inspiring for my own introspection. I really enjoyed all the classes we did, and I found all of our teachers to be prepared and happily available to any of our questions or doubts. One thing that I found admirable is that there was a lot of understanding from their side, because they do know that the course is very intense, so they don’t expect people to always be giving 100% as it’s not sustainable, but they simply understand that we’re all on different paths and may need different things at different times. The group of people that I was with made a massive difference for my experience because we really all grew to become close friends and to be there for each other, with no judgement. They all, teachers included, brought so much happiness, fun, hope and light to my heart and I’m very grateful for it. I was truly happy during my stay here. I would do this experience again and again. Thank you everyone ❤️

I have just completed a 200-hour course with Yoga Samaadhi. It was the best decision of my life. Great people, place, energy, food. Everything was perfectly organized, with great commitment. From the very first moments and the first e-mail, great contact with Hope. I felt taken care of and informed about everything. It's hard to describe the wonderful time spent here. All the teachers and people around us gave great energy, which influenced the entire group and our entire course. Beautiful surroundings, green, quiet. We went on three interesting trips, which was a perfect rest and break from studying. The course plan is perfectly thought out and planned. I lacked nothing and nothing was too much. Yoga Samaadhi knows exactly what it is doing! Thank you for this wonderful time.

Amazing experience!✨ It was a pleasure choosing Yoga Samaadhi for my YTT200 in March. That's beyond what I expected! It was a pleasure meeting my classmates from around the world. Everyone is awesome and friendly! Also, the teachers are great and professional! Always there to answer questions. Along with asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy have all opened my eyes! Already missing my daily practice! Upon arrival at the resort, you'll be surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. Clean and comfortable room. It's got mosquito nets on the windows and doors, doesn't have many insects, and has everything you need. Even if you need shampoo or a snack. You can walk to the convenience store next door. Chiang Mai's March weather is still cool in the morning and night. Don't worry about the non-aircon room. Food is soooo delicious, I can't imagine vegan food being this good! Being vegan every day was my biggest concern since I'm not a vegetarian. The fresh fruit, salad, and bakery at the buffet breakfast will blow your mind. Thai food for lunch and dinner, like curry and pad thai...Oh, and the menu changes every day. Meat won't be missed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Feels like home. On the days off, the school organizes different activities. Enjoy waterfalls, temples, mountains, elephants, and explore the beauty of Chiang Mai on your break. Whatever your yoga level is, Yoga Samaadhi is the best place for yoga teacher training! You'll be inspired!

This school was everything I had hoped for in order to grow as a yoga teacher. I learned so much more about the 8 limbs of yoga which helped me put the pieces together of all that I had done up to this point. The Asana class was outstanding in that I learned so many modifications and adjustments that I didn’t know, while reaching a deeper understanding of the importance of everything else I was learning and how that is interwoven into the practice. This experience will never be forgotten and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about yoga regardless if you have no plans of being a teacher. But really you never know, you just might realize that you have something you need to share 💕

Highly recommended in-depth traditional 500HTTC Genuinely caring team and well organised from beginning to end. The teachers are proficient and willing to share their knowledge and valuable experiences. Each subject has a dedicated class (pranayama, meditation, mantra, asana, philosophy/ethics) where theoretical knowledge and practical experiences combines and provides a deep understanding of what yoga was and what it is. The environment is meant to enhance the group experience and we are encourage to share in a safe environment. The resort is family owned and ran by amazingly caring people that make you feel at home from day one. Food was plenty, varied and custom-made if needed (vegan, gluten-free, etc.) I loved my experience beyond expectations and I would love to take part to retreats in the future.

I loved doing the 200hrs YTT with yoga Samādhi. The knowledge that we learned there was truly authentic and quite in depth. I would have stayed for another 300hr course but wanted to be home for Christmas. And it’s probably good to give myself the time to integrate it in myself and my life and see how it all comes to be. The teachers are very friendly and Hope is so helpful with any questions and worries(visa, Thailand, medications, events), she was doing errands for us whenever somebody needed something like medication. You will learn so much more than the usual yoga postures and classes here, it’s about lifestyle, ethics, philosophy, being and existence. We also got to teach classes(āsana, pranayama, meditation and philosophy) and share and contemplate😆 our views both in classes and outside. Also the food is great(local and healthy), the Thai family running the guesthouse is lovely and superfriendly. Very wholesome experience, it will always stay with me, the people that i met here and now call friends are just so diverse and awesome. 🫶🌞

Completed the 200 yoga teacher training in January. So happy I chose this course- the teachers were brilliant, they are passionate to share their knowledge. Hope who organised the courses is brilliant- she is attentive, kind and super helpful. Her and the hosts of the resort made the stay extra special- nothing was trouble at all. The food was amazing- fresh healthy food every meal and each meal different. I have made some friends from life on the course and I didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend. Top tip- if you do the course in the winter take layers and clothing for the evening and early mornings. The resort is in the mountains and it can get cold at night.

Thank you so much for a great 200 hours YTT🙏🏼 The program for the teacher training is well organized. I really enjoyed the combination of the physical and theoretical classes. It is a great way to learn about yoga in all its aspects🧘🏻‍♀️ The teachers are very talented, helpful and you learn about yoga in an authentic way. Hope, the organizer, is fantastic. She is so helpful and she always makes you smile. The food is amazing and the people at Mae Win Guesthouse are always so sweet and smiling. Overall a fantastic place with good energy. Every Thursday we went on an excursion which is a nice way to get new energy and do something else😄 Thank you so much for everything!

I had a great time in the Yoga Teacher Training. The teachers are very authentic from India, it is very well organized and there is always someone to answer your questions. The accomodations are beautiful, in the middle of nature and clean, just some animals here and there (part of the beautiful nature around). One thing to mention here is, that the rooms/houses are not insulated, you can hear a lot of the other people around. We had three delicious meals every day with a lot of fresh vegetables. It is a place to feel home and comfortable. The teaching part is relatively short in the training, the biggest part is the self-study/journey. I'm glad that I've met lovely people who supported my journey. One thing I found disturbing was the street close to the classroom and arriving cars at the property while practicing asanas.
