Best area in chiang mai still at age of city and the way to maerim and mon cham and close to city attractions and lake . Only few minutes to 700 years sport stadium where you can jog and swim in olympic pool and a lot of restaurants with music two minute from condo area. Chic area with moutain view and peaceful. Condo is with scenic pool , suana and small gym where you only share with few people since its low rise condo. Dont expect high quality gym but it does a good job the pool in the condo is clean and beautiful, very relaxing and there are enough parking on site. The management and manager are well organised and very loyal, they give the best service you can ever encounter.

Noisy! It is very close to several loud bars, plus events at the convention center, plus the Winter festival that is super loud, PLUS there's a house behind the building that has a barking dog, and airplanes overhead. It looks like it would be a peaceful area but it IS NOT. You might as well live in Nimman.

Condo with bad management and too old customers which rudely act

A fabulous home for our little family. Manager Khun Pond was ever-available and responsive by Line and in-person, the staff and 24/7 security taking great care of us. We look forward to returning for another vacation one day.

Stayed here a year with my room-mate in a big 2 bedrooms apartment. The facilities are really nice, big plus for the pool surrounded by plants. Management team is friendly and helpful. Outside noises were never an issue, however the poor insulation between apartments can be.

unqualified staff, old residents decide for themselves what is allowed and what is not. I don't recommend it to anyone

Rooms are large bathroom very large too. Large balcony. Stove, oven, bathtub plus shower. Ultra quiet location.

I'm very happy with my condo here. The building is very well managed and maintained. The service is excellent. laundry, cleaning and other optional services are available.
