Surprise and delight! [Please "like" if you find this review helpful] I travel the world and stay in many beautiful hotels and resorts. NHCR is now one of my favorites. Sure, it's beautiful, chock full of amenities, chef's with a passion for preparing good food with fresh-picked ingredients from their onsight organic garden (and offer Thai cooking classes!), spillover pool, exercise room, golf course and driving range, spa, romantic rooftop lounge, archery, etc... but it's the staff that gives it the premium quality experience. These folks understand professional hosting, and the sweetness of their Thai culture shines. Truly, every hotel staff member went to great lengths to anticipate how they could make my stay fantastic -- and it was! The hotel is upscale and quiet, located in a suburban/rural area. I'm a runner, so I was super happy to have lots of open, wide roads with no traffic and lots of fresh air. If I had one wish, it would be that they stop using plastic straws and single-use water bottles. It's an otherwise progressive, mindful hotel. It's unusual for me to stay 9 nights anywhere, but I can say I was actually sad to leave this wonderful hotel resort. Garden has been recently upgraded, and this beautifully romantic especially in the evening.

First :) it’s I’m impressed. The hotel location is on Hangdong district which is just 20 mins from the airport. And from this location I can go to explore mountains, many famous temple and the night safari zoo. Around this area also have a lots of great restaurant around and even in the hotel boarder :))) by the way I love their Italian restaurant here. The name is gioga :))) the food was fantastic. The facilities of the hotel are great. Loving their swimming pool and the garden with chicken farm. :) the staff was really friendly and super helpful. Surely coming back :))))) thank you for such a wonderful experience relaxing here :)

This resort hotel is amazing, and the property is huge with lots of cool areas. It beat my expectations, and would be perfect for anyone trying to stay in a nice, quiet, area with 5 star accomodations. It is away from the city, but they have several restaurants on site. This place is perfect for any couple trying to get a couple nice stress free days, or any group who enjoys playing a round of golf! The staff was so friendly and nice, and we felt super welcomed. I highly recomend you stay here for part of your trip in chiang mai. I will warn you the golf course is very difficult and has water hazard everywhere, so you must hit the ball straight with short distances to avoid getting I to trouble

All staffs are really nice , they service to me and my son excellently ,and I certainly I am going to be back every long holidays. Thanks for all staffs .

Amazing 5 star Resort, One of the Best Hotels I've Ever Stayed in! I had an absolutely amazing time here! Truly a place with 5-star service with wonderful environment & surroundings! Booked a royal suite with a bathtub and the room was absolutely beautiful, clean & well-maintained. Might be a little too big for a solo traveller but still I enjoyed it very much as the rest area and living area were well separated. Breakfast was awesome as well with a good variety of main dishes They make their own bread and farm-to-table jam as well, they have this glutinous rice croissant which was super yummy too! Special thanks to dearest Polly who was there every step of the way from the booking via Agoda to accommodating to my last minute changes, my endless questions and introducing me to various activity (Wednesday Night Market)! Polly has made my stay here truly wonderful. The rest of the staff (from restaurant staff to the housekeeping and drivers) were all friendly, helpful and accommodating, even the gardeners! The compound had their own little rabbits and sheep, and a little vegetable farm that also had a chicken pen. You can tell that the gardeners really take care of them with the minimal interaction that we had. One night I wanted to have some authentic Northern Thai food and I ordered a bunch of street food from GrabFood with the help of Polly and Guide. The restaurant staff then said they would bring them to my room for me as I had just gotten out of the pool. What arrived at my room door were these beautifully laid out food which I had ordered from the street stalls, and what truly impressed me was the dedication and respect that these staff had for their jobs. North Hill City Resort was really peaceful & quiet, very suitable for the calming of the soul and mind if you were ever in Chiang Mai and looking for some time away from the hustle and bustle of this fast-paced world. Thank you Polly, Va, Nu, Num, Guide & May, and the rest of the staff at North Hill City Resort whose names I wasn't able to get, huge thank you for your good work, kindness and patience. It really was the best 4 days I've had in Hang Dong, Chiang Mai.

welcome to Chiangmai This is my first time visit bangkok Chiangmai restrict. I drive car all the way from chiangrai. Recommend drive yourself . A lot of place also some distance. First of all. I want to introduce this hotel In terms of 1. Price - order from AGoda - less than THB 2000 ( you can’t find this quality hotel around the Chiangmai) 2. Environmental- like 5 ⭐️ hotel & services although the location a bit out of city. 3. This hotel have swimming pool, gym room quite a lot Machine to play. 4. Have very beautiful romance bar 5. Have a very nice backyard & nice tidy grass 6. For golfer I think they have a nice place 7. I personally recommend this hotel. In terms is pricing, design, services . Environmental. Excellent accommodation and facilities. The staff is very friendly and the service is on par with a high level hotel operation. They have a nice sized pool and amenities. The golf resort is definitely a huge perk.

Best service, great rooms, facilities, grounds are lovely and spacious, great food, loved the vibe and design of the lounge. Would love to go again and would definitely recommend others.

Wow, what an incredible experience at this beautiful Resort. From the Landscaping to the infinity swimming pool to the beautifully designed a lobby area and rooms. Our stay at North Hill City resort was fantastic. We definitely recommend eating at the mix restaurant and the Italian restaurant on property. We ain't there multiple times and greatly enjoyed it. The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast is out of this world. You get a three-course breakfast that is exceptional

The breakfast was the best! Worth to relax. If you plan to hold a wedding it's nice they accommodate everything anyway possible. Be careful of wedding planners from other companies not from the hotel, they try to rip you off.

Beautiful resort and super good food and service. Things to improve : Bed and old AC. The bed is too hard without a good support for the spine. It should meet the 5 stars hotel standard bedding and make the staying more comfortable.

Beautiful hotel with awesome amenities! Was nice to play with the rabbits and goats. Loved the outdoor aesthetics. Cons: There's absolutely no reason to charge 50 bucks for laundry. That's ridiculous. IG: Bj.thetraveller

Beautiful resort! Great people and great food. I highly recommend this hotel. I was travelling alone and they took very good care of me! Because of the beautiful room and kind staff I extended my staff for a week!! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!!!

Lots of green at this resort 🌳 really relaxing, the food is so tasty with many style. I’ve tried Italian at the restaurant inside and have some drink at Blck biscuits. All good and impressive on my day off 💕 I’ll definitely come back gain

I totally forgot to write the review I stayed there last year and loved the hospitality The staff were really great, helpful, and caring. The place was really clean. Also one of the best place I ate at. I still crave some of their items.
