We had the most incredible stay at Home @ 9. The rooms were so uniquely decorated and the staff here is really helpful. Tom and Joon the owners, are extremely friendly and you can tell that they have put a lot of love into their space! The cloud 9 cafe is also such a highlight of this property. The food and drinks at the cafe are delicious and not to mention you are gifted with such a great view of the rice fields and mountain ranges beyond. Overall, we had the most unforgettable stay and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Chiang Mai!

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice. We stayed there for almost four weeks and felt at home. The hotel is equipped with a kitchen that has everything you could need for cooking (no rice cooker though). The swimming pool is very big and awesome. They also have a very nice cafe next to the hotel that is a very chill place to spend time. It was just a bit noisy at the time we were there due to construction, but only because they are building a very very nice place. Also as digital nomads we can say that the internet signal is strong everywhere and very good, even for video calls. We will definitely come back there if we ever go again in this area.

A wonderful place to stay and the view of nature is very spectacular. The area is maintained properly and everything looks cared for. The room was spacious and the bath was so too. Both owners made a big effort to satisfy the guests and they made our stay a lot better! Unfortunately the breakfast was a little modest and can still be improved. For the price of the apartment it can be expected that you don’t need to clean the dishes by yourself. Other than that everything was perfect!

This home is one of the best, friendly, relaxing and comfortable places I visited in Thailand! The place is "the secret chest" of the north! The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet! The host will do so much for you! Cool artist, nice Cafe and special service! I would always come back at this really special place! Thanks a lot to Tom and joon!

A quiet environment with a good view. The outside and inside of the hotel are well cleaned and very clean. The staff are kind and friendly. There is a special price for long stays.

The hotel is located in the middle of the rice field, about 20km from Chiang Mai old town so it is very quiet and peaceful. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is nice, clean and full of light. They have all day breakfast which you can access to anytime. However, breakfast is little poor in terms of choices. The way they call it apartment is also strange for me, as it looks like a room more than an apartment (not exactly like the description we read on the booking).

Home at 9 is literally one of my favorite places I've stayed at anywhere anytime. We were initially scheduled for three nights but added a fourth. We left for a couple days to stay in Chiang Mai proper but turned right around and headed back to Home at 9 for another four nights. In all that time we only left the property once and that was only for an hour. There are just so many pleasant places to hang out in peace and comfort. The food at the on-site restaurant “Cloud 9 Cafe” is so tasty. The coffee is so plentiful. The attention to detail is outstanding everywhere: lighting, decorations, landscaping, walkways. The views from the rooms and common areas are stunning. Every day we watched the sun set behind the mountains, birds flying over the rice fields. They have high-quality bicycles you can borrow to explore the surrounding area. The owners Thomas and Joon are very friendly and welcoming. The location is decidedly pastoral. If you prefer to be in the city proper this might not be your thing. But even if you do prefer the city, you’d probably still enjoy a few days here because it’s that nice.

Fantastic place, we stayed while we did a 17 day training camp at manasak mauy thai gym 8 mins away, very clean , massive pool , cafe restraunt community kitchen, great friendly vibe & 24/7 security 5 thumbs up & only place I’ll stay when we return ❤️🙏👍🏻
