I
had
the
opportunity
to
train
in
this
gym
for
close
to
one
month.
The
MT
โfamilyโ
of
trainers
help
me
transform
the
training
from
โexerciseโ
into
a
passion.
Training
sessions
is
2
hours.
Segmented
into
warm
up
(jump
rope),
stretching,
shadow
boxing,
upper
body
conditioning,
individual
pad
work
with
trainers,
heavy
bag,
lower
body
conditioning,
and
stretching.
The
team
of
kru
and
trainers
are
very
technique
focused.
Correcting
and
fixing
my
punching,
stance,
knee,
grappling,
footwork,
and
kick
mechanics.
(I
had
a
lot
of
technique
problems...)
Helping
me
control
and
push
myself;
all
while
melting
away
fat
while
having
an
absolute
blast.
I
came
out
stronger,
more
flexible,
more
confident,
skinnier,
and
a
new
love
plus
respect
for
this
martial
art
form.
My
personal
take
on
this
gym:
I
believe
this
is
the
true
embodiment
of
muay
thai.
I
had
the
opportunity
to
eat,
train,
and
even
watch
the
masterโs
son
fight.
I
had
the
opportunity
to
watch
Sep
(our
young
fighter)
train,
prepare
pre-fight,
and
even
watch
the
fight
from
the
corner.
All
while
cheering
together
with
our
team.
I
am
truly
lucky
to
find
this
gym
and
meet
the
team
here.
On
some
of
the
negative
reviews
here.
Please
donโt
be
phase
by
them.
Like
all
things
in
life,
you
get
what
you
put
into
it.
The
more
you
push
yourself,
willingness
to
listen
and
make
incremental
improvements
the
more
the
team
will
be
vested
into
helping
you.
I
want
to
thank
Mr.
Oh,
whom
spend
so
much
time
training
me.
Thank
you
to
the
team
Kru,
O,
Oan,
Bucky,
and
Master
Ajarn
for
having
me.
