We recently booked the one day tour to Chiang Rai to visit the White Temple, Blue Temple and Golden Triangle. The booking experience was good and we got a better price than any of the other tour services were offering. Very good service and helpful staff. We had a great day - prompt to pick us up from our hotel and good timings during the day to see everything we wanted to. Obviously there is a lot to fit into one day and it is a long drive so not very long at each stop, but enough for us. Lunch was included with a drink - food was ok although nothing special. Our guide was very helpful and fun which made for a good day.

A very good travel agency. The tours are very good and you can get muay thai fight tickets also. The owner was ready to answer any travel related questions and was very helpfull.

We went to several places before finding this one. We were very happy too book our tours here. Coco was very helpful and friendly. They offered fair prices and we booked a cooking class by Pra Nang Thai cookery school and a visit to the Bamboo Elephant family care. We recommend both of them. If you are overwhelmed because of all of the different tour companies and different tour. I am sure you can find some nice tours here. We recommend it!

We used Sabai tours to book an elephant sanctuary tour and a temple tour. The owner got us a better deal than 2 other tour agencies we looked at, she spoke very good English and was easy to understand. She was very good at explaining the different packages on offer and gave us some good advice on what to do outside of our tour bookings. Would definitely recommend using this lady. Very helpful

We booked the Chiang Rai tour with this agency, the owner was very nice and helpful, as well as transparent, the price for the tour was a very good offer as well. However, the tour itself we did not really enjoy as the tour guide hardly provided any information along the way and only told us the time we had at each stop. The lunch was ok but very basic. In my opinion, spending 8 hours in the bus to see 2 temples and a museum and take some insta pictures was not worth it. You’re better off exploring temples and the old city in Chiang Mai. In general, recommend the agency but maybe for another tour with a different tour guide…

Sasi was really helpful with our bookings to see one of the National Parks and zipline. She is very knowledgable about the kinds of tours and gives you all the information and recommendations up front. I really recommend her to anyone looking for a tour in or around Chiang Mai.

I booked a day trip to Doi Inthanon National Park with Sasi of Sabai Tours. It didn't start of to well as 3 people on the same tour were not ready so it meant others had to suffer late pick up, but I have to say the rest of the day was well organised and went like clockwork even though 2 girls behaved like spoilt brats. The trip included a 2 hour trek which at 73 I found it quite challenging (like playing 36 holes of golf) but was well worth the effort as the views were fantastic. The food was far better than normal trip lunch. Good quality and plenty of it. All in all a fantastic day.

We booked a tour with sassi to the Chiang Rai temples and tea plantation. It was very very nice, comfortable minivan, good food and knowledgeable guide. We loved the view from the tea plantation and we also saw Lallita caffe which is a paradise of flowers and trees and good coffee. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

Sasi is a really nice person and got a great deal for us to drive to the sticky waterfall. Our driver was such a kind woman, we loved chatting with her - her English was great and she had quite some interesting knowledge to share. We could feel that she is a happy and grateful person! We booked the "Special offering foods to monks at morning and sunrise Tour" and visited Doi Suthep at sunrise. It was absolutely stunning. Our Guide, Binbin, has been a monk of his own for several years and had so many informations. He is a wonderful guy, we had so much fund and wish all the best for him. It was a wonderful morning and a wonderful tour, aslo Wat Pha Lad was so beautiful and the Waterfall as well. Thanks so much to Bin Bin for this extraordinary Tour. Ask for him if you want a really great Tour!

Booked spontaneously two tours with Sabai: 1 day to Chiang Rai, 1 day incl. hiking to Doi Inthanon National Park. Both tours went well, nothing extraordinary, but I really enjoyed both days. All tour guides and the lady at Sabai spoke English, explained everything nicely and were very cheerful. Hotel pick-up was on time, return as well.

We booked our trips with Susi and she was incredibly helpfull and patient with us. Also we thought the prices where affordable. We did the doi inthanon tour with trekking with chian mai good tour company. Jin was our guide for the day and everything went according to planned. He was quite funny, easy going and willing to answer every question or doubt you have. The English was no problem and along the way he explained everything :) Besides a really wonderful day and experience the lunch was also a la carte. We also did the tour to chiang rai (White and blue temple and black house museum) with journey smile tour company . In my opinion the tour is not woth it if you are staying in chiang mai. You spend around six hours in the minivan and only two hours and a half seeing the attractions and having lunch. The tour guide didn't have a good English and rushed through everything (probably due to the company timings). The price of the tour basically only covered the transport because the explanations where almost none. Even though I have this opinion I must say that the temples are in fact wonderful (the museum is not). We did all of this through sabai, thank you for all the explanations Susi !

Booked a last minute evening trip to Doi suthep with them. Since I was traveling solo , the agent made sure to make me feel safe by answering to all my queries. The trip went smooth without any issues. I had no problem communicating since they understand english.
